Not a $42 experience. Lunch for two. My chicken had lots of cartilage. Music was too loud. Fortune cookies were stale.Service was good and taste of food was good.

Stopped in here recently to pick up lunch to go and was not disappointed!! We ordered the Drunken Noodles (had to get this based on the name!!). Delicious! On the spicy side, but trust me, you will enjoy it! Also brought home the Bourbon Chicken, very tasteful. Portions are descent size, may be able to split into an extra meal. Service was awesome. I had the chance to meet the general manager, very nice lady. Make this your next stop when you are in the Esplanade Mall area, or running the kids to their next event. We will certainly be back!!

I am really disappointed and felt disrespected at my most recent visit to the Oxnard restaurant. We are a family of 5 with 3 children under 10. We were looking forward to lunch. My child needed to go to the restroom really badly. When asked for the bathroom code they mentioned that we need buy something'. I went to the register as my wife was trying to deal with my son. My son needed to go to the bathroom badly. The woman at the register refused to give my wife the code for the bathroom, despite me standing at the register prepared to order. I asked for her to please give my wife the code before my son has an accident. She smiled and continued to say we need to order, knowing I was prepared to order. The level of disrespect I just experienced was unacceptable for a family restaurant. To ignore the fact that my son was about to have an accident and she could care less about losing our business told me they do not care about their customers experience. This is not the kind of establishment that I can support nor endorse. This chain can not survive with this kind of service and disregard for its customers. Out of principal, I can no longer support. I encourage others to do the same. if you do support, I hope you experience better and more appropriate service. We went to another restaurant to use the bathroom and took our business to Ozeki Noodle just next door.

Went there ordered the Mongolian beef and soup now the put mushrooms in the Mongolian I'm allergic to mushrooms called for a refund got disrespected with a oh well should have read the menu better. No apologies nothing then got hung up on. Pretty much an F-off. Horrible

The food at Pick Up Stix is better then any local Chinese restaurant. The new Drunken noodles with chicken were delicious. I also ordered House Fried Rice and Kung Pao Shrimp. I would eat here again!

The food tasted like it was under a heat lamp all day. Fried pieces of chicken were soggy and chewy.The flavor is monotone, everything tastes the same. My entire family was disappointed with their selections. They should have a drive through, as that would be appropriate.

Pick Up Stix used to serve high-quality food at a reasonable price. Alas, now the food quality is mediocre at best. I ordered two bowls of wonton soup and one didn't even have any wontons in it! This is in the same day. I ordered some other dishes, and the food was just slopped into foam containers without regard to keeping separate dishes separate. And all the food had entirely too much salt. I had to come back in and ask for utensils, napkins, and condiments, and I was told that those are no longer given out automatically. Wut? Do they think people are eating the stuff with their fingers? so long, P.U.S.
If you’re reading this, please don’t waste your money on their trash food. It’s so disgusting. It’s like they don’t even try.

I really look forward to the water chestnuts in the shrimp and veggie entree - so imagine my surprise when there were none! I complained and was told they no longer put water chestnuts in and you have to specifically ask for it...why would I specifically ask for something that is listed as an ingredient in the dish? They sent me a free entree coupon and said to just ask for them next time. Redeemed my coupon today, specifically asked for water chestnuts, even though the entree lists them as an ingredient and nobody mentions they aren't included. I just got home and AGAIN there are no water chestnuts! Just ridiculous amounts of broccoli. False advertisement isn't cool and neither is lying. If you don't have an ingredient, why not just tell people so they can make a decision before paying?

My beef and broccoli was burnt and the rice had the burnt flavor! This is by far the worst broccoli and beef I have ever had! I travel and eat any many different places and this was the worst! Would not recommend this to anyone! This don’t even deserve one star and it’s so expensive not worth the 80.00$ was a waste of money

Pick up Stick sucks now. They changed how they serve their food. They don't even tell you at front. Their menu taste different and you ask for general Tso, then you get orange chicken. Will never eat pick up stick again. They give you more rice than meat in their so call plates now.
