Such great pizza and wings, but the calling in for an order is terrible. Their call center/service is so rude.. Katie (or Haley) needs to find a new job if she's unhappy there.. I canceled my order and decided to go back to Toppers.. Hope they figure things out because, the lost a loyal customer based on their bad customer service.

Staff are extremely judgmental and rude, I contacted Dan about the harassment and verbal slander and he was actually worse than his female employee. I understand homeless are an issue in Ventura county but don't judge people and automatically assume everyone who has to use your restroom is homeless. That's just unbelievably disrespectful and inappropriate.

This place looked nice, lots of TVs and music. The pizza was good, but there was a lot of kids running around inside and outside, screaming and playing tag. None of the employees said anything, even after 2 kids were wrestling on the floor near the salad bar. Speaking of which, the salad bar was awful. The lettuce was brown and wilted and most of the toppings were almost empty. I asked the cashier if they could refill the salad bar and was told that they probably won't refill the toppings until the next day because it was almost closing time. (It was 8:30-ish and they close at 11pm!!) When we got back to our hotel, my husband said he was not given a receipt , but paid about $86 dollars for 2 large one topping pizza's, 1 salad and 4 fountain drinks. After checking the menu online, we should've only been charged maybe $60-something. They're closed now and we will be traveling back home by the time they re-open at 11am, so basically we got ripped off! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Gave up on this location. Live around the corner, so it is convenient for the kids for pizza nights. This location has THE Worst service, order ALWAYS made wrong. A cheese pizza EASY sauce... everytime it's extra sauce. In the past I've ordered with NO SAUCE, looked at it before I left, and still slathered in sauce.. and had to remake it.. it still had sauce.. so it was remade.. again and still had sauce.. so I got a refund and left. they have had to refund me 7 times in the past 6 months. Almost every time we have gone.. why is it so hard to put NO SAUCE? Last night was my final time.. called in for cheese pizza VERY EASY SAUCE- get there to pick up, looked at my pizza and it's slopped with sauce... I asked for a refund and the owner sat there mumbling under his breath as if I'm the one who messed up the order! I will happily spend double on a cheese pizza at toppers because I know I will get great service AND FREE RANCH! AND NO ATTITUDE FROM ANYONE :)

Its the second time in diferent days.we order pitcher or tower in the table tablet, and they didn't bring it to the table,we have to going to the bar and ask, and the bartender said sorry im really busy and im alone, can you take it to your table? and this is why were not going frecruently to this place imagine if were going every week or karaoke days, this is going to happen always? And that happen to the food to we have to going to ask for the food at the kitchen some times
Asked for one TV to get changed to watch the game. Everyone acted like they didn't know how to change the TV. After ordering they got our food mixed up with another tables as well. Everyone here doesn't seem to know what's going on. Really hope they can get it figured out. Never coming here again.
