two days in a row i order a 16oz hot coffee and the lid comes off when i go to take a sip, spilling very hot coffee all over me. the first time i figured was just a fluke but now im just pissed. I have no problems with the service here, their lids are just hot garbage.

i went to the drive-through today at night & it was okay until my drinks spilled at a red light because they didn't close the lids properly. and so i went back hoping they could remake it for me (btw i explained to the guy that the lids weren't put on properly). and the guy said they CAN'T remake it for me because it was "my fault". HOW IS THAT POSSIBLY MY FAULT?? where was the customer service at? i usually understand employees are tired but the fact that guy in the drive-through accusing me that it was "my fault" and they can't remake it because of that stupidity claim!

I hadn't been here in years. Pretty busy this morning with tons of high school kids. No problem at all though , chill morning . Kiddos were studying ... took me back to my school days. Or maybe they were college students .. oh gosh I'm getting old. My matcha with whole milk was great. I'm so obsessed right now. I prefer my local coffee shop but I had a work meeting here, so this was fine :) Good customer service. Parking kinda sucked this a.m. since in small shopping center. Thru here is always cray too.

Ordered a GRANDE CHAI CREME frappe with Java chips and CINNAMON on top and I got a TALL drink with NO cinnamon on top. The chai creme frappe is supposed to already come with cinnamon on top but I ALWAYS have to tell them and idk why they forgot to put it on when I ordered it with cinnamon. Always a fail.

I pay an additional $1.25 for a grande size coffee with EXTRA coldfoam and they gave me a venti drink with a crap ton of ice and slim to zero coldfoam. Maybe I'm spoiled by my Starbucks but I have had other places make it correctly too so I'm puzzled. Didn't have time to go back through drive through

Happy to find a Starbucks that has an outlet for working, got my refill that should last for days. Every barista here was welcoming and friendly, and hustling! Four stars for atmosphere only because it’s tight inside, pickup line is close to tables and door and gets congested quickly.
