This Starbucks is located inside of Vons at Seabridge. So, No there isn't a drive thru. You'll have to go in & it's on the left side of the store. Mobile Ordering is NOT available here. They have a limited menu @ this Starbs. So they might not offer all of your faves. The gals that work here are cool. They may seem a tad overwhelmed at peak times & I can relate to being annoyed, especially dealing with not so morning people haha. Otherwise, it's pretty casual, people are in & out.It's convenient for me, especially if I need caffeine in a crunch. Plus it's omw to work. After I order & pay for my Starbs, I have time to grab something quick for lunch or snacks in Vons & pay at the self checkout register. Then I head back to the Starbs counter & pick up my coffee. Note: They call out the order & not your name. Lately it's been a tad busy in the mornings. So you just need to be patient... Some of the previous reviews are outdated & seems like the reviews are for a different location smh.

I enjoyed grabbing a hot chocolate. The Staff is very friendly. There are plans to expand this Starbucks within Vons. I wished they had indoor and outdoor patio seating. Overall it was a great place to shop for groceries and grab a great drink.

Terrible service. Store hours are from 6 AM to 9 PM, I was there at 8:30 PM and the barista watched me at the counter and proceeded to carry-on with her self up the stairs, by the office instead of helping me with my order. There was 3 other customers at the counter waiting. Just to be told she left. This is Terrible customer service!!

BEFORE you leave the Drive-thru open the lid of your coffee and check the volumn. This morning I ordered a large coffee through the Drive-thru. When I got home and opened the lid it was just a little over half full. I've heard of leaving a little room for cream but this is ridiculous, particularly when you consider the 3 dollar price for it.
Girls were awesome. Super helpful and accommodating. Great customer service. The starbucks near my house always messes up my orders so coming to this location and the employees making an effort to make the drink the way i want it and not making a big deal about it or making me feel awkward was really cool. You would think a triple espresso with cold foam and cinnamon powder would be hard to mess up but apparently its not. Lol

This Starbucks is extremely convenient because we live at seabridge but I'm only going to give it a two star because every time I go there either they're out of a certain flavor or coffee or their machines don't work and they're not taking the app which it's a problem especially for someone who runs it's not like I can carry a heavy wallet when I'm running 3 to 4 miles. But they do make good coffee it's just that there's something always broken or down every time I go there
