Order was made using their app. Everything was made correctly, the store was clean and the person that gave me my order was very nice. And you're not going to believe this but they actually had napkins in my bag when I picked it up. I had a real good experience.Vegetarian options: It's Subway..... you can go vegetarian as you wish.Parking: Curbside parking and two handicap spots right in front of the store.

Stopped here the other night for a dinner sandwich. Staff was friendly and upbeat. I think some of the customers were personal friends as some staff were joking around and everyone seemed happy. I got my sandwich and it was made to order. Bummed that this location doesn't have swiss cheese though. I think that would probably prevent me from returning. Location is small, but tidy.

I never leave reviews but today I feel like I have to. I visited this subway location with my family on 06/20/2022 and we ordered a couple of sandwiches. As I am halfway done with my chicken sandwich I feel something weird in my mouth as I pull it out I notice it is a feather! I was in complete shock and disgust. My husband notified the only employee working and he had no care in the world. We did not receive an apology or a refund. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Stopped by the Shopping center to go to a few stores. I planned on getting a sandwich from subway but I needed to use the restroom first... Their manager hustles a restroom fee. So I told the cashier OK I guess I'll buy a soda to go pee. Glad she felt awkward.

Very bad at answering the phone!. I work at home depot and Subway is the only place open when I take my lunch!. I always call in my order!. It happened twice to me when I call and the answer without saying anything and click!. First time I called 10 times nd they would answer the phone and click!. When I went to Subway I asked the worker if there phone was working she said yes but she couldn't answer the phone because she was busy!. Really what kind of customer service is that!. It happened today again!. I guess I won't be going to that Subway anymore!.

Service is great, but Management made a mistake by getting rid of the Watermelon/cucumber agua fresca. My buddies and I would bit this place after the gym looking forward to a sandwich and a refreshing drink. We would go 3-4 times a week and spend 50$ every time we went. Please bring back the agua fresca

The worst subway I have ever been to. You have to dig to find meat or even spinach in it! Everything was very small amount, we also added avocado (which is extra) and it was brown. On top of that you can't use the restroom to wash your hands during this time! Find another place!

I stopped by this Subway on 3/31 around 2:15PM. After entering the store, I immediately let an employee know that I was going to place an online order and have it customized in the store so that I could get the BOGO 50% off for my order. The employee told me this was fine. Shortly after, he left to the back of the store to sing his fellow employee a happy birthday - I was actually delighted to see this type of work environment. When I was ready to customize my sandwiches, I waited a couple of minutes so that they could finish their celebration. Two of the employees came and began helping me with my sandwiches. A couple of more customers came in as I was finishing up my order, and I saw that one of the employees helping me was noticeably annoyed. As she was helping the woman behind me, I noticed a couple of eye rolls and a gesture toward me which let the other customer know I was the reason they were being "held up". She then proceeded to make eye contact with me and once again rolled her eyes and scoffed; unfortunately, even with a mask on it was still audible. This ended up being a disappointing experience, as I felt I was just being loyal customer and placing an order the way I regularly do. I calmly let the employee know that I noticed her expressions, and reminded her that when I arrived, they were singing and celebrating in the back. I was told to have a good day which I appreciated. Then, another employee told me that the reason for her eye rolls and scoffs were because I customized the order in the store - something I was given the OK to do. I do not understand why my visit prompted this type of offensive behavior, which was then reinforced as acceptable by another employee. This ended up being a very disappointing visit to Subway and I do not think I will return to this location.

This place is so horrible, the lady wasn't speaking loud enough she was so disrespectful and forgot one of our sandwiches ugh horrible I'll never go there again.
