the employees are great but i’m not sure if it’s the owner or boss is EXTREMELY rude, I place an online order and when i got there someone else had stolen it, I had my receipt and the owner kept saying that he wasn’t giving free food but wouldn’t offer my money back

Worst Subway I have ever been to.. the older lady who is usually always there has the worst attitude, you can't ask her a question or she will rush to make the decision for you or give you attitude when giving you an answer. Very impatient & seems to act like she owns the place. She NEVER has a name tag on so I wouldn't be able to provide a name. They messed up my sandwich once before closing & was told to call in the morning to have it remade or get a refund (whichever id like) & when I did, the lady was there & immediately asked for my receipt didn't wanna hear what happened & when I showed my online order receipt she asked me " I don't think you ordered it here, are you sure??" about 3-4x I then asked her well do you know how I can check the location & she then says "No I don't know how, it should say it there" with attitude before realizing the address of the location was at the top. If you have a complaint or an issue she does not care and will tell you deal with it with the number on the receipt & be little to no help. Try to avoid this location unless you're trying to deal with someone who's clearly on a power trip.

The store has upgraded, it's more modern and the staff is great as well. I only gave it a 4/5 star rating because the cedar broccoli soup isn't the same as they used to make it

If I could rate a 0 star for customer service I definitely would without hesitating. DORA gives all the bad attitude that she could. She is so unprofessional, this ladyyy tried to argue with me THE CUSTOMER! I had to walk out of the store, I told her that I didn’t want her service. Every time I go to this location, she gives the customers a really bad attitude and is rude! I really don’t know why she is still working there, she should’ve been fired long time ago. It’s not the 1st time that she does this to me. But with yesterday’s visit that was enough, subway just lost a loyal customer and I will be letting all my friends and family know not to go to this location.

Walked in here, two girls working, they didn't even acknowledge me or my husband. I Literally walked out. They were having personal conversations and can't even have the decency to say " I'll be right with you". If they would have done that, or even made eye contact, I would have been glad to wait. i don't understand how these people have a job. Who hired them? To top it off I saw a workers making a order and she repeatedly kept touching a receipt and touching the food. How disgusting. Worst experience at this location. As a business owner myself, I would never allow that type of customer service. These workers are going to cost you a lot of money in the long run, as I'm sure I'm not the first person this has happened to. If the owner is reading this review, i strongly urge you check the cameras. Look at it yourself, and decide if hiring rude idiots is worth you losing your franchise.
