Whichever artist that was there at noon she made my sandwiches look so nice :). So pleasant I had to write a review thank you mam! You can tell she took pride in the work she does because it was a messy meatball sub and if looked terrific and appetizing

I'm giving this Subway 5 stars because of the employee that helped us, This nice young lady was very patient got all of our order correct and did a wonderful job, I have 5 kids I ordered 2 meatball sandwiches cut into 6 pieces, Each kid picked out their toppings, After of course changing their mind 6 different times on the combination of olives to pickles,, As kids do. She was very patient got everything correct and did it all with a smile it was a pleasant experience and I'm glad that she was there to help us.

Terrible customer service by Tanya and Amy. The store is nasty, unclean. No matter what you order they will forget something and then they refuse to remake or refund your food- INSTEAD they ask you to bring in your sandwich even if it is already eaten so they can handle it and put whatever is missing on if even after you've bitten into it. That's nasty and totally against good safety standards. Oh but they also won't refund you. But they will give you their manager Augustine's number who isn't ever in the store and wont answer their number. Nasty. Pick ANY OTHER subway this is absolute trash.

I don't recommend this place if you are a subway lover..They never have anything stocked and they don't get your order right. A certain person who made my sandwich left in the middle of making it to go on break and I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come back and finish my sandwich..I'm not one to complain but I won't be visiting this location again .

This guy did NOT look like he wanted to be there lol. Highkey wished someone else had made my sandwich. Idk why my sandwich was so flat like if they were skimping out on toppings. Literally, skinniest subway ever. I could barely hear the dude too ?

I order from this location at least twice a week. I have chronic back pain & a lot of times my escalating back pain determines whether or not I'm cooking on any given day. Today I ordered my usual turkey sub. My son picks it up, I open it up & take a bite...and it's their fake tuna. My son takes it back & the employees blame their system. Apparently, according to the employee, the system instructed them to substitute tuna. The excuse they gave was that if the system detects any surrounding Subway out of turkey it means they are ALL out of turkey. Lies!!! I don't believe this at all because when in previous orders they were out of any specific item they would call me & offer other options. Also, they made NO mention of a substitution when my son picked up my order. I truly believe this was human error. Someone didn't read my order correctly & just made the wrong sandwich. I am not faulting the employee but please own your mistake. Now I'm sitting here with a possible allergic reaction to the tuna & may end up in the E/R. I also received an apology email from the Mgr, Agustin Flores, which was condescending & reiterated the lies. The Assistant Mgr, Carmen, was very nice & apologetic. She refunded my money for the sandwich. My online account with Subway has been permanently closed & don't plan on returning.

Thank you for your five star service Amie & Janet. I ordered my Super Bowl sandwiches ahead of time to avoid the lines. You all made sure our sandwiches were prepared perfectly and wrapped them so they would stay fresh and tasty with all the extras on the side.

I am standing here in line outside of subway in the fremont shopping center on vta rd in oxnard waiting for 10:00am to get the free sandwich offer. I just seen 1 of the emplyees stand on the counter top to hang a menu sign up and when. She got off the counter top she did NOT sanitize the counter . and we eat here? Not n e more.
