Watersides location is prime , food is actually awesome. Problem is in order to work here you gotta be a rude stuck up waitress because everytime I have been here in 3 years the service was not just bad it was horrible . Not to mention they only are open when THEY feel like it . Cannot count the times I have gone with family on a weekend and they are closed . Get it together waterside or just close for good .

Called 3 times to place an order for pick up. No answer, finally on the 4th attempt they answered and just hung up.... :( it's just a Wednesday ... Had a nice fat order ready to be placed too.

I made a reservation on Open Table for a couple friends visiting me from out of town. When we got there, we found out the place was closed and not operating !!!I want to put up a message so others are aware - Neither Yelp nor open table had any message indicating this place is closed. Call before you go !!

We have a vacation home across the street. Amazing location on Channel Island Harbor. Service tends to be quite slow. My friend and I had lunch on the weekend. Very busy. Problem was, lack of service. My friend got up twice to request service. The ladies were clusters up front looking at cell phones. Food is ok.

The worst dining experience I've had in a long time.No hostess, so one of the beleaguered waitresses had to welcome us from the bar and told us "sit wherever you want."We went to sit at a table, and she came running to tell us we couldn't sit there. I thought you said wherever we want?What's the soup of the day? "We don't have a soup of the day. It's all clam chowder."Everything was terribly overpriced, overcooked, poorly prepared. Place was dead... we should've known. Manager type walking around like he was walking on water. Dude, get a grip.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. You'll be happier with a Lean Cuisine.

The area is great spacing for Covid, there is a great atmosphere with lots of spacing between tables. I had the Lamb Burger which was fantastic which had goat cheese so if you love Greek then that is the burger for you! Also the fries were great very soft and perfect amount of salt. All around great place if your looking for a Sunday afternoon lunch/dinner during Covid.

I hosted my book club meeting there last night and everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously! The staff were very flexible and accommodating to my group's needs. The food was outstanding (my favorites were the riblets and the pizza) and the drinks were very tasty. I felt the restaurant did a great job keeping the groups of diners a safe distance from each other and you can't beat that beautiful view! I'm looking forward to going back!

Order came out wrong, French fries were soggy $18 for a horrible hamburger & fries. Waiter was nice. Don't waste your money. $60 lunch for two. Total waste.

I have to say I am thoroughly disappointed with our experience. We waited almost 50 minutes to get to our table when the estimated time given as 30 which was fine considering it was a busy weekend. For our table of 6 we ordered our foods which ended up coming all at different times which took almost an hour to an hour 30 more wait. To give you a reference our first plate came and the last plate didn't come until all others were finished with their food. The service was at best subpar and even asking for a togo box took 20 minutes. The only good part of our meal was the unlimited mimosas. I really wish I read the reviews before we ate here as I can clearly see the theme of horrible service and poor management. They really do a great job of making one feel invisible at the table. PS. don't order the crab cake burger.

Came here for a nice brunch with my boyfriend and brother. After waiting patiently to be seated (understandably due to what's going on) we got seated in a corner back table outside "which I then said oh my they are going to forget about us" (kidding) but what a surprise they took 30 mins to even come and take our order. My boyfriend had to go ask the waitress who was hanging out at the bar chitchatting if we can be helped. The entire time was terrible. Didn't get my share amount of mimosas (which is why I went Ofcourse) I'm generally a very generous tipper. But the service was terrible and the food was ok. Mimosas I think I got 4 (bottomless) it was honestly terrible.
