The food was good, but I didn't enjoy my meal as much as I hoped to. The salad was just okay. The vinaigrette tasted unexpectedly sour. Not it's usual good tangy flavor. I ordered the bbq tri tip sandwich. The meat was tender and thinly sliced but no taste of bbq. I was disappointed with that. Service was good, no complaints there.

Currently my go to lunch spot for take-out. They got the best sandwiches, freshly made. The Cashiers are always friendly. I would recommend the Socal or the Santa Maria BBQ. Simple but tasty.

urbane cafe is my to go spot but this location is not consistent The soup is sometimes really flavorful and creamy other times it's watered down and flavorless

A little disappointing to be honest. My best friend works at Urbane Cafe in the LA County and speaks great things about their service. I just moved to Ventura County this year and decided to try out Oxnard's Urbane Cafe location. The food is great. I have only ordered online for pickup, but when i get there, i'm not greeted. They just stare at me waiting if i'm going to walk to the register to order or walk to the pickup rack. My order was not on the pickup rack so i waited patiently at a table waiting for them to add more orders to the rack but nothing. I waited a good 10 minutes before going to the cashier since my order on the app said it was completed by then and she laughs and said they put it in the wrong rack (doordash). the employees were just standing there talking to each other and laughing. I get home just to find that i have a missing item in my order that i paid extra for. if they have time to talk and laugh, they have time to make sure every order is correct and placed on the correct rack. I never feel welcome when i go pick up. i just get stared at as im walking to the pickup rack like if im going to take someone else's order. Won't be returning to that location.

Still craving Thanksgiving food even two days later and their cranberry Brie turkey sandwich was incredible! Absolutely delicious. I'm a big fan of Brie on a sandwich and the cranberry and turkey compliment it so well. My husband loved the club sandwich. The bread is so fresh and soft. It was super easy to place an order ahead through the app and our food was ready upon arrival. Great location with really convenient parking.

Nice clean location. Arrived at 4pm on Wednesday and it wasn’t too busy. There were tables inside for sitting available. The staff was friendly, the kitchen was clean and the food was delicious.Vegetarian options: The Mediterranean bowl is fantastic for vegetarian’s.

The So Cal sandwich is pretty bad. Covered in chipotle sauce and fake guacamole. The menu said avocado but they put disgusting "guacamole spread" instead....the kind you get at the store and it's not even real avocados. Bad experience
