A very average WaBa location. The food was okay and seemed consistent to other WaBa locations. The person at the register taking orders was not very friendly. He wasn’t rude or mean, just not welcoming. I placed my order and got my food relatively fast. I ordered the steak and chicken plate combo. The food was fine and it tasted as expected. Nothing great, nothing terrible; just right in the middle. Overall, an average meal with a below average atmosphere and service.

They are rude and very stingy with her hot sauce. If they're going to be so annoying about it why not just charge for the damn hot sauce . If you buy five bowls they literally give you two small packages and if you ask them for more they give you attitude.

This location was definitely run by the owner. I got a family meal and it was short on meat, short on rice and the mixed veggies were legit 90% cabbage!! It was a grumpy asian lady working there, no other workers. Definitely the owner trying to save money!! Go to a different location, you'll get waaay more! Try the one on Channel Islands. I go out of my way to go to that one instead, its worth it

A bit too expensive for steak plate. It's cut to tiny little strips steak. Salad on the side was kinda dry with little dressing.

I hade a terrible experience with an older female cashier she was absolutely rude and had no purpose in being there she was so angry after I made a mistake on my order and had to refund me an item she rolled her eyes and clicking her tongue in disapproval. She then continued to argue with me saying the order was already in and she was unable to complete my refund request. I was in disbelief with her behavior. After my food was ready she handed me my food in a terrible manner. I asked for a few sauces and she ignored me and helped another gentleman. I repeated myself and she finally gave me what I asked for and proceeded to wipe her hands clean emphasizing she was over the situation. I've always had a delightful experience at this location until today. I will be avoiding this location from now on.... I hope she's educated on how to properly respond to paying customers. Please consider this comment... WABA!

Workers don't care, will use old food because they can't bother to make it fresh for their customers because it's too much work, frozen vegetables are used instead of fresh. Horrible food.
This is directed towards the male cashier, he was very rude and didn't even hand me my change he tossed it on the counter. I am upset because I have gone there so many times and there is always a nice lady in the front with such good and professional attitude and this time I walk in and get a rude cashier.

The food is great but the Asian lady is very sassy. I asked for a beef bowl with rice and veggies and was very hard to tell her. She responded back with attitude and walk back very standoffish. I asked for hot sauce and she gave me 1 and then when I ask for her another she just stared at me. Not good service. Other than that- I was not impressed.

I usually order to go...Ambiance is sub par but the food is fresh and delicious. Pricing is fair. I always order the beef/chicken vegetable rice bowl and they are quick to serve and are generous with their portions. Great, quick satisfying meal.
