Chicken is so fatty and rubbery, they barely put teriyaki on the bowls anymore and charge you extra for sauce.

I just went to go buy two chicken bowls and neither of them had chicken in them, they had chunks of chicken skin. I was unable to eat it, I was only able to eat the rice. I have a picture of the chucks of chicken skin but it is to disturbing to show here for many people so I will not be showing it. I suggest you don’t go here. If you do, please check that you actually have chicken in the bowl. Thank you to the readers.

I found the chicken bowl delicious, but way too expensive for the small amount of food in the bowl. I could easily eat three bowls with no problem whatsoever. Personally, I'd go next door to Smart & Final and buy a hot, tasty cooked chicken for $8.50. That will fill me up for a couple of days.I won't be returning.John HowardOxnard, Calif.

I eat at WaBa more than 2 times a week and it's always a great meal.WaBa Grill is so fufiling with all the healthy choices possible. My favorite is Chicken and Plant Based steak with Avocado ?The dumplings are delicious!!!!You can never go wrong with WaBa Grill !!!!

They always "run out" of white meat chicken and they turn off the phone so no phone orders ?

Went in today on an empty stomach to enjoy what is usually a very good teriyaki bowl with veggies and was surprised when I tasted the stale rice and cold chicken, at one point this place served amazing food but I called the manager to make the case and he/she couldn't even speak to me directly. He offered me a 15% discount on my next teriyaki bowl instead of offering to remake a 10$ cold plate of food. Used to be my favorite spot, will not be returning here. My advice drive 5 miles more to the next location.

I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice and the chicken was a bit cold. Called the store to inform them of my cold chicken and he said really ? I said yes a bit cold. Then I was asked for m order # and gave it to him and then asked if I still had the bowl. I said yes but I microwaved my food . Then he said so why are you calling for. I said for you to tell the cook that the chicken was a bit cold. He said oh for the next time. I was not offered a replacement,credit or even an I'm sorry. I should not have to microwave my food. I would have taken it back but I'm disabled and no longer had a ride. May 3rd,2022
