Food was not edible. Literally threw it all away. Something is really wrong here. Granted, we received it via DoorDash so it is not all on Wendy's that we received cold soggy food. But we even threw the fires and nuggets in the air fryer for a few minutes to heat back up and it tasted horrible. Bread was old tasting. Fries tasted like there were frozen, thawed, frozen, thawed again and then made this morning and then sat for 12 hours. Spicy nuggets were just spicy but didn't even taste like chicken. It was all pretty bad. Won't be using DoorDash or go to any Wendy's again. Wendy's used to have some quality. Definitely not at this location.

i had ordered the peppermint frosty which was on the in app menu but i was told it is no longer available. it was disappointing as i was looking forward to getting it again.

This review is for owners of this place. How is it possible that a franchise allows this owners to neglect their parking lot for a decade if not longer? I was working near here in 2011 and in 2023 the entrance to Wendys Vineyard is still the same, a pothole galore. This place has not fixed its lot way before the Collection was a dirt lot.

It's okay the reason why I'm saying it's okay the food is great it's just the service the lady was very rude I was asking for an ice cream Frosty she was saying that they didn't have anyone clearly they do she was just being rude and was too lazy to even clean the machines like why have a job and be lazy to do your job so she said that they didn't have any when they did cuz she didn't want to clean the machine in the first place

Waited in line for 10 minutes while cashier took 2 orders and completed them by herself. Couldn't wait another 10 minutes, so I left. Went a mile away to another place, had food in less than 4 minutes.

The young manager boy that works there is as d*** as a box of rocks! Very bad customer service!
I'm gonna miss this store when it closes to allow another lousy Starbucks (we don't need anymore Starbucks, coffee is only so-so anyway). Of all the fast food locations, this Wendy's is batting 1,000. My orders are always correct, even when I order specials. I would have given a score of 5 stars if I didn't ruin my suspension driving through the parking lot to get to the drive-thru.

It's usually quiet if u dine in. Due to covid some food items are not available and things are pricier too like a large soda near 4 dollars or combos more than 10 bucks.Vegetarian options: Baked potato, salads and snacks can be meat free.

The worst Wendys I have ever been too! I ordered ahead (via app *which also by the way is the worst app ever.. literally so many errors & issues it frustrates me to think about it) anywho get there & there’s a few cars in front of me of course, all good. I pull up to the order screen & I kid you not I waited 7mins & 46secs for someone to even acknowledge that I was at the screen, told them I’m here to pick up, they tell me pull up, I get to the window & again I waited this time for 6mins & 21secs for the lady to tell me the don’t have something in my order would I like to replace it ok cool yeah no biggie. I stopped keeping track of the time at this point, but I literally listened to almost two full songs before I got my drinks & by the end of the second song I had food, started my car & drove off. Yeah I turned my car off in the drive thru, don’t judge

Never again. Never ANY Wendys again. To so depressing.Everything has shrunk except the price!OMG! We've always liked their food, but the natural lemonade was not natural. It was more like lemon,-scented Mr Clean.Sorry Mr Clean. So yucky to drink, and disappointing on a hot day. The frosties have shrunk. Again? The sandwiches were not the same. My chicken sandwich was a total let down. Limp, small, expensive. Only mayo and lettuce. No tomato. Chicken was so lonely. Bread so squishy. My son said his sandwich and fries were just ok, his lemonade was not.Nothing about our meal made it worth $30. For $30 I expect better.I guess I'm going to be depressed a lot.
