The wait was horrible, about an hour. Every person that was after me got their food and I ordered only a MEAL. The average wait time is 15-20 minutes max, this is UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention, one of the employees were leaving and he said “bunch of fatasses” under his breath. This is extremely disrespectful to customers including myself. I DO NOT WANT MYSELF OR ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH THAT.

I ordered online almost 3 hrs ahead to pick up at 5:45, i get there my order is not ready, not only that i was missing 5 wings and one of the fry orders was with cheese when i ordered 2 lightly seasoned (no cheese), very disappointed wings are expensive and i spent my money for wings I didn’t get.

Staff are clueless. Manager has no clue how to run a store. Refused to hand my food to a delivery driver over some silly thing like the name not being exact. I had to get refunds on 2 orders due to her poor management skills. Poorly trained staff and even worse attitudes.

I had a horrible experience at this location. It took them 40 min to give me my order. They lost my order and then only offered me a drink for the inconvenience. I asked for a discount and they refused. People were coming and leaving and they never kept me updated during my wait time. They have horrible service. The customer service dept has me waiting for more than 20 min.

The manager working today March 4th at 4:15 was extremely rude and accused me of being a liar and a thief. I got home, realized i was missing my order of 10 boneless mango habanero wings and i drove all the way back to wingstop just to be called out of myname. She said i was lying and remembers specifically boxing up my order and putting it in the bag like HUH???! Bad day or not i think she couldhave dealt with the situation a lot better. not a good manager 0/10.
Wingstop is an interesting place.As far as their actual traditional boneless wings are concerned, my biggest issue is they often come out dry, devoid of any juice. This is even in spite of sauces where applicable, the skin coming out dry as leather.As far as their boneless wings are concerned, I love them immensely.Some flavors don't hit the mark, but this isn't an issue of having a bad balance or flavor. They are simply catered to a different palette of taste.Flavors like the Louisiana dry rub, however, are like crack in food form.The food rating reflects that Wingstop does what they do very well, albeit with a slight issue of dryness.The service rating reflects the absolutely lovely and cordial staff I have had the pleasure of encountering each visit.The atmosphere reflects nothing special. The interior is boring and done to death. Not bad or offensive, just uninspired and bland.

They Monday and Tuesday wing deal don't missed there always super nice here when I ask for extra sauce on the wings they hook it up so custom service is amazing wing stop on the run down strip mall but other then that we'll inside
