Five star. Excellent prices. Excellent choices. Staff was impeccable. Wine selection was tremendous. We reserved on online over a month ago and I wrote it’s our 28th anniversary. They treated us so special. Even brought out a candle and wished us Happy anniversary. All locals gathering, warm and friendly even if your from out of town like us. Highly recommend.

I had been so looking forward to trying this restaurant. Although the atmosphere and service were superb, the food was a big disappointment. The rice ball appetizer was delicious but it was downhill after that. I had a sausage dish and the consistency of the sausage was sponge-like. My husband had a pasta dish where the best thing about it was the cheese on top (ricotta? burrata?). We just moved to the area and will continue trying to find good, hearty Italian food.

This place is amazing! I love Italian food and this is possibly the best I've had! Everything is home made and so flavorful! This will be my wife and I's go to Italian food stop when we visit the area. Oh and the desert was amazing too! The staff is great as well, always checking if anything is needed and extremely friendly. A+

This is our favorite Italian restaurant, the owners Paula and Michael are a blessing to Pacific Grove. We bring everyone we know to this amazing dinning experience. The food is homemade and the Lobster Ravioli is amazing!!!

Our dinner was heavenly. Very nice to have vegetarian options that are not separated by category from the "regular" menu. A neighboring diner was raving about a dessert cake. We were hoping for something gooey-er and more chocolatey; cannoli was disappointing. Of course, dessert is never necessary, and the food was thoroughly excellent. A truly fine restaurant.

We had an amazing evening at La Mia Cucina for our Anniversary. It was the best overall dining experience we had in a long time. The ambiance is lovely with table clothes, cool posters, and lovely quiet music. We were greeted with Happy Anniversary wishes by the hostess, chef and servers. The food was fantastic and the service exceptional. Attention was paid to every detail. We will be returning.

Our favorite restaurant for any occasion! Michael and Paula are the most amazing owners. Their whole staff are professional and always looking to better your night. The wine list is top notch and thr menu has home runs. The Lobster Raviolis are a must and save some room for dessert because their Creme Brulee is worth sharing. You can tell how much care goes into every ounce of the food and service.

The food is delicious and well prepared. All entrees come with soup or salad! Don't see that very much anymore. The chicken piccata was delicious! Wonderful meal and great service. However, there is nothing on the menu for children so our four year old ate bread (which he loved) and a piece of an appetizer. We asked if they could serve him a bowl of plain pasta with butter and cheese and were told no. Something to keep in mind if you have children in your party.

We are repeat visitors to La Mia Cucina and eagerly anticipate every visit. The owners are hands-on and welcoming, the servers attentive and expert, and best of all, the food is always top-notch! We enjoyed two of the night's specials, the seasonal salad, and always wonderful, Nutella bread pudding for dessert. A lovely neighborhood gem!

A wonderful experience. We had the crabcakes and lobster ravioli which were excellent. Our waiter Gabriel, was attentive as was the owner. The restaurant had white table linens and artwork from Italy. The ambience was pleasant and the noise level was low. When in the Monterey/Carmel area this is a restaurant to consider.
