What a place! We ordered Polpo alla griglia and Burrata con piselli for our appetizers. The octopus was cooked perfectly with the right balance of flavors, and the burrata was light and well-balanced with asparagus. For our main course, we had Linguine con aragosta and Rigatoni alla buttera. The pasta and meats were cooked and seasoned just right! The craft cocktails were unique and delicious, and the perfect balance of flavors. Thanks to Andres and Christian for their drink and food recommendations, as well as their excellent customer service! They tend to get busy quickly after opening, so it would be best to make a reservation!

A favorite Italian restaurant in Pacific Grove. Very welcoming and accommodating. The staff has been around for years. The food is first rate - rich, delicious and satisfying. The service is friendly, but professional. Can't wait to return!

Mezzaluna is my local go-to whenever I have guests from out of town (often) and never disappoints. It is consistently very good and often excellent and the entire staff are really great.

This is my second visit to Mezzaluna and it was delicious again! They now have a special Blue Zone menu in addition to their regular menu and specials. I had the Blue Zone inspired eggplant bolognese fettuccini which was excellent. My husband enjoyed his chicken sausage lasagna and we both liked our salads (Caesar and House.) everything was prepared to our liking and the gelato dessert was yummy, too. The only complaint: it is very noisy. They could do without the background music with the heavy bass. It's loud enough without adding that kind of music. If it were a quieter it would be easier to talk and I might recommend it as a romantic spot. However, a bit too noisy for that IMO. Still I recommend for the food.

The pasta is so good you just want to keep eating it. Marvelous sauces. As good as we've had any where. The service is excellent. The beer and wines well chosen. We look forward to returning often.

The entire experience was wonderful. I had the scallops and they were delicious. The pasta is always cooked to perfection and the service amazing. If I could old give the wait staff more than five stars I would. It is always a pleasure having dinner at Mezzaluna!

Love this restaurant but our latest experience was less than stellar. My biggest disappointment was even though I had noted it was a birthday dinner, there was no recognition of this special event. Not even a happy birthday greeting. I expected no more than that. Food was ok, server was fantastic, and although we had to wait 25 minutes to seat, they did bring us a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Was my expectation too high? Not sure but still disappointed. Oh well we will go back but not for special occasions.

First time eating here and a wonderful experience! Our server Rafin was especially helpful and made it the perfect date night. The outside of the building and location doesn't come close to reflecting how great the food is and the nice ambiance inside. They brought bread and olive tapenade to start, with a DELICIOUS gluten-free bread. We had the Tre Mozzarelle app & cocktails to start. The gluten-free pasta (Creste di Gallo) was AMAZING and I would get the Mafaldine Con Coniglio again. Check out their list of Amaros, the Ramazzotti was recommended and excellent.

Our whole dining experience was wonderful. We enjoyed the burrata, poached pear, prosciutto, arugula appetizer. All pastas are housemade. Our entrees were unique and delicious. The drink menu is impressive in its variety and depth of flavors.

We discovered this place by accident after it first opened. Whoever we are in town, we will eat at this once hidden gem. The clam chowder, crab ravs, and the specials are always on point.
