Great place for ayce hot pot! Reasonable price and the service is fast. Great meat options and pre cooked food as well. The included ice cream and sodas was a big plus. Family friendly and very welcoming.Parking: Free parking lot with plenty of spaces.

Very good food with affordable price -- for hotpot AYCE! Service is good, each order of meat comes quickly. Sometimes they misplace the order, but it's understandable given how busy they are, and a really minor issue compared to the good food they offer.Parking: I have came here at least 4 times, never had an issue parking here.

Great portions for food. Good amount of options. Meat quality was good too. You don't get any service since you serve yourself. Overall very good experience.

Great portions for food. Good amount of options. Their beef toro is pretty good. Meat quality was good too. You don't get any service since you serve yourself. Overall very good experience. Tonkatsu and house special broth - cool. I like that they do kareoke but I didn't get to try. Note - it's$10 cheaper if you go from 12-4 OR 9-12pm. Plus it's like$1.50 cheaper per person to pay with cash

Grand HotPot is a good place for hotpot. I came here with my friends and it was a nice place for hotpot. We had a good time and ate delicious food. The best part about Grand HotPot is that the drinks were free. There was also ice cream, although I didn't have any because I was too full. I must also say that their customer service is amazing. They were very accommodating and friendly.

The food (broth) was good however we had a bad experience with a server that demanded tips even though when my partner paid the bill there was no option for tipping. Luckily, I had some cash so when I returned to the table and heard what happened I threw in some money for the servers, which we always do as good tippers. We, however, felt offended by the server’s behavior and don’t intend to come back. Can’t recommend this place.

3-6 months to try this place again when we first tried it in 2019 turned into 4 years! We ended up at Grand HotPot for our new year dinner by chance. We were planning on trying Top Pot nearby, but the wait was an hour for Top Pot so we went over to Grand HotPot. They were already pretty busy, but we were able to get seated right away. One disadvantage of Grand Hotpot compared to other hot pot restaurants is that each table has to share the broth. Since there were three of us, we got up to two broths to share. Cost for dinner is $34.99 per person including most drinks, like Sapporo, sake and soda. The restaurant is quite spacious so noise level when full is high.Service was also not very good. We marked up our menu and the server never brought one of the appetizer dishes we ordered. They also don't bring back a menu for you to order more even though it's AYCE. You are just supposed to verbally let them know what else you want. A particular beef we reordered came out differently sliced than the first time. Our beef also tasted a bit gamey like lamb (probably from the same meat slicer used to cut both meats). The steamed rice, which is self-serve was out when we went to get some. A new batch didn't come out for another 20 minutes. Service was pretty much non-existent unless you flag one of the servers down. Overall, not a horrible experience, but giving Grand HotPot three stars is quite generous. Since not much has changed since we first ate here four years ago, this place will not be on regular rotation for us, but we may come back if in the mood for hot pot and looking for something close by.

AYCE hot pot! This is my first time here with my family, we were a huge group so we book the karaoke room. It's a bit more expensive but you get a huge table in a private room with karaoke. There were tons of options from all kind of meat, seafood, to veggies. All you can drink as well, they have a refrigerator full of drinks that can you can grab yourself. I forgot if this was add on option. Everything that came to our table looked fresh and tasted good, also not to mention they have honey prawns here as well which is not something you see regularly at a hot pot place! Also baby octopus as well!!Overall the service was fast and the staff were nice here, this is a good place for a big group of people or party!~ they give you 1 hr and 30 min to eat but they didn't rush us out and we stayed pass!

We have been to the Grand Hot Pot Lounge many times and we didn't know that they also have this location! We came here by accident since it was close to SFO and opened late until midnight. This location is smaller than the other one and the menu is the same as the other location and also offers karaoke room but we didn't do the karaoke room option.Lunch price is $24.99 per person and dinner price is $34.99. They offer variety of meat, vegetables, and seafood option. We also got small appetizers plate such as spring rolls, walnut prawns, crab rangoons and I think they were okay. Dinner price included beers and wines, and has more seafood options. There are a lot of non-alcoholic drinks such as sodas and juices. We pick spicy miso and mushroom soup as our soup based and it was really good! They also have sauce and ice cream stations where you can grab whatever you like. Their sauce station got all kinds of sauces you would need for hot pot. The service was good. They brought stuff out for you very fast but the servers forgot things here and there such as we asked for rice and we reminded them two times but they still managed to forget and we didn't end up getting rice. But other than that, everything was good! The price is very reasonable for the amount of food we get. a
