So sad to leave this 2 star review for one of my favorites in the bay! I haven't been here in a while so I was excited to get my favorite pastries but wanted to check out new ones so I had to ask what the new ones are ( new at least for me). Lady who was assisting me didn't have time for my questions and I even caught her rolling her eyes. I was also planning on ordering their famous derby cake for my 2 yr olds bday but didn't want to get the huge one. As far as I know they do special orders in different sizes. I was just met with a "no, that's the only size" (not verbatim). Not gonna be back here for a while.

I been ordering cakes almost every month and today customer service was horrible the female that help me with my pre paid order ask for my name and disappeared didn't even said ok ma'am il be back so I'm awkwardly waiting and waiting for 10 min and other employees will just look at me not even bother to ask if I need anything .I picked up 2 cakes 1 mango guava and 1 derby for a small backyard wedding, the cakes were not labeled and had no idea what favors were they I had to cut a small piece to figure out flavors in order to know what cake to display on the sweetheart table .customer service sucks

The few times I went there to get doughnuts for a senior lady I was helping out, the doughnuts themselves were actually good according to her; however one time she requested a small cake and so I saw it on the display shelf and got it for her. She told me the next day that it was dry and stale and saves a bit for me to taste. I agreed with her that it was indeed stale and very dry. The other time I got her a scone and she had the same comment "very dry and old". I wonder why the bakery doesn't remove unsold goods when they should be removed so people don't purchase them thereby wasting their precious money and time going there.

Terrible service ever since I moved here 3 years ago ordered a special cake for Chinese new year and when I got there they said someone had already picked it up then I had to wait 30 minutes to see if I could get another one long story short I was late to our dinner and they comped me a free shitty pizza thing

Mazzetti's bakery knocked it out of the park with our wedding cake. We discovered Mazzetti's through our wedding vendor, Wedgewood Weddings. Nice knowing there was already a designated cake vendor who would deliver to our venue without any extra stress and coordination on our part. Sampling- when ready to taste test, simply email to share a day that you will pick up your sample box. We were given 9 cupcakes with various flavor options. Style: In an email, we received sample photos and options of cake flavors and decorations. I think this process could be upgraded with tech to make it more interactive, rather than a non-writable pdf attachment. Tech aside, the pictures helped share the combinations of options and process simple with Mazzetti's reaching back out by email closer to the wedding date to confirm party size and flavors chosen. Cake: Taste- I'll definitely be going back for more! We chose the following: Top- white with apricot filling Middle- red velvet with cream cheese frosting Bottom- carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Fun being able to choose different flavors for each tier. Our guests loved all of them! As most bride/grooms, we didn't even get to eat the cake at our wedding because we were too busy dancing, but our venue packed up a sample box to go which we enjoyed for breakfast the next morning, savoring every bite! Overall- glad to have found a new local bakery I trust. Even will make the 45 min drive out to Pacifica to visit Mazzetti's on weekends, which always has a line of locals out the door. Check this place out for quick sweets or scheduled parties and celebrations. They won't disappoint!

I have heard of this bakery from friends and colleagues, people who have gotten custom cakes here, but I was not sure where exactly in Pacifica, it was located. I breezed by it on my way to my new job this week at Ocean Shores Elementary school. Visited on Thursday early morning and this bakery lived up to the hype. Friendly service, a plethora of pastries and baked goods which look great and ( based on the chocolate cheesecake muffin and cannoli that I sampled before giving to my kids, taste even better. Als, $2.50 for a giant muffin- so reasonable! Coffee is quite delicious, too! What a spectacular find!

Love this bakery!!! Staff are great. Treats are delish. Lines always out the door. Plenty of seating, clean. I buy my cakes for work here all the time. My last cake came out lopsided. We were a little disappointed, cracked a few jokes but will still come back.

This local bakery has some of the best tasting cakes and pastry items. On weekends, there's usually a line out the door, so be prepared. They also offer fresh baked focaccia, so delicious. The lines move fast, and they have plenty of goodies to pick from. There's a few tables for dine in, but most customers get it to go. You can't go wrong with fresh baked goods from here. Easy to get to and plenty of street parking nearby. I definitely have returned several times, and so should you.

Love the pastries and cake each time I stopped by. Can't help myself on their famous derby strawberry banana cake and other coffee cakes. Sometimes I treated myself on my favorite chocolate chip cookies. I also brought cakes and pies back home to my neighbors after visiting Pacifica each month. They enjoyed them very much. Great customer service and friendly staff. It has been over 30 years since I've been going there. Hope everyone else will enjoy the pastries too.

Wow wow wow. First of all, everything we got was fabulous. I got a croissant and it was crispy on the outside and buttery and soft on the inside. We also got a blueberry scone, not too sweet and amazing texture. And then we got the chocolate muffin. Oh. My. Gosh. I can't even explain how good that was I wish I got the big one and not the little one. The people were super kind as well, it was our first time there and they were patient and had great recommendations. AND it was shockingly inexpensive for how great the quality was! This bakery makes me want to move to Pacifica.
