This place is "the bomb!!!" Their pizza is the best in Pacifica! I've tried two other pizza delivery places in Pacifica, but they couldn't hold a candle to Paisanos!!! I've also had a number of their other dishes dining in and have never been disappointed! I don't bother with anywhere else for pizza delivery!******Very sad news! Apparently they had a fire and are closed for business! I truly hope they can and will reopen soon!!! If not, I don't know where to go for pizza! I refuse to order mediocre pizza from anywhere else!

This is one of the local favorites in Pacifica. We enjoyed the warm friendly atmosphere that feels like gathering at a friend's house on a Friday night. We ordered the calamari Arrabbiata, eggplant parmesan and Pappardelle Pollo. The eggplant parmesan was filling and savory. However the chicken pasta was a bit dry and chewy. The calamari was tender and full of flavor, a much healthier option than fried in my opinion. They also have beers on tap. So I had a blue moon. Who said u cant have a beer on a wine budget?! lol. I say check it out.

Wanted to go to Westlake Joe's, but they were booked until closing.So we looked for another Italian place nearby. Glad we found this hidden gem.Great local place. Fresh made pasta was excellent. Dessert too!

My wife and I have eaten at Paisanos several times now. We keep going back because the food and service have been consistently great. Together we've had the chicken parmigiana, the eggplant parmigiana, the chicken piccata, the salmon and the pizza. All were great but I was especially impressed with the salmon. I was told that it was fresh from the fishing boats at nearby Pillar Point Harbor - and it tasted like it. What made it especially good was the really low the price. The pizza is also worthy of special mention. The crust was perfect and the sauce especially delicious. My wife's favorites are the eggplant and chicken parmigianas and she tells me there is no better anywhere at any price.
Food was excellent and the attention was great. I was in between the fettuccini pollo and the tortona de la casa and the waitress recommended the tortona. Turned out to be a great choice. Very satisfied.

I have eaten here twice. I save it for a special occasion because I know the food and the service are out of this world. The NY steak absolutely melted in my mouth and when I was done with the steak the fat had soaked into the bed of vegetables where it was laid and I ate every last vegetable to get at the tallow. Their pasta is eccellent as well. The gnocci is amazing. My fad likes to eat here and for him and .y mom it's the eggplant parmagiano and the fish.

The owner was so nice and friendly!! I had the gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce it was super creamy, filling, and overall great. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with a live band! Would definitely come back! Thank you so much for a great experience!

I have been in the restaurant business my whole life and worn every hat from dishwasher to owner. My wife and I love to go to Piasano’s because there: YOU ARE FAMILY. The owner Vinny is like a cousin on my wife’s side of the family, his daughter Sierra usually can be found serving the family recipes with a heartfelt smile and under the watchful eye of her Mom, who works side by side with her in the operation of this restaurant in Pacifica. Tonight their system for ordering went down and usually in a restaurant can mean chaos of unimaginable degree. They navigated the evening with grace and poise under pressure! Bravo Piasanos! We will be back next week as usual.
