Went here for dinner and my kiddo got food poisoning. Vomited 6-7 times through out the night. We did not sleep thru the night. Urgent care visit tomorrow. He had fried rice and noodles and had a piece of chicken and small piece of fortune cookie. Everything came out. Our stomach did not feel great either. Kiddo could not handle it at all. I will not ever go to any Panda Express.

A great variety on the menu and fresh made! Excellent value for the quality of food. The restaurant is clean and minimalist with the service being cafeteria style. The line moves quickly so not much of a wait. The staff is friendly and very attentive... I recommend this Panda Express all of the time...

Chicken and beef had no flavor tasted old and like sweet mush. Fried rice very bland and over cooked ... like it was reheated. Egg rolls were bland and mushy. Clean facility and friendly staff.

Panda Express in Pacifica holds a special spot in my regular dining choices. Right off the bat, the food is reliably fresh, especially when I swing by right at opening. The flavors pop and bring that comfort food feeling I often crave.Speaking of the ambiance, this location is spacious and situated conveniently on a corner in a shopping center, making it easily accessible. The cleanliness is commendable, and the interiors are kept in top-notch condition, which is always a plus for any dining establishment. The only little snag in the experience is the opening time. My husband and I are early risers, especially on weekends, and we genuinely wish they'd open a bit earlier than 10:30 am. It's just a tad late for our morning cravings. Service-wise, it's what you'd expect - efficient and satisfactory. All in all, a great spot for those classic Panda Express dishes we all know and love! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Panda always hits the spot but the team leader here, she is stingy with portions. One chicken breast for a teriyaki chicken bowl??? I would avoid this Panda location and go elsewhere.

Convenient location with beautiful decor…. But….The mushrooms in the beef was barely cooked, the music was too loud, one bathroom is “reserved” with a handmade sign for “employees only”, so there’s a long line of patrons creating a longer line due to employees reserving a toilet for themselves. So annoying.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon for some lunch. Despite my love for Panda, every single table was filthy. Had to tell the manger that they needed cleaning. Then I get my food and the chow main was hard and undercooked. So bad! ‍

One of the few fast food options with real vegetables available and all at a reasonable price. The new app brings some much appreciated discounts for repeat customers. This particular location can be fairly generous with portions but once in a while you will get one of the smaller servers who also thinks smaller portions of food is acceptable but I would disagree. Service is fast and almost never out of any of the main dishes or available mostly fresh in a few minutes of ordering. Thank you to all staff for providing good service at one of the few options for health concerned people.

I guess we are expected to use forks that are just laying all out On the counter by the soda machine.I’m all for not wearing masks if not sick….. but this is a little ridiculous. Kids n adults coughing etc. I’m not trying to put that in my mouth. If you don’t know how to use chopsticks, I suggest either bringing your own fork or going elsewhere.Luckily I do know how & enjoy using chopsticks, else I would be returning this meal & getting refunded.
