Rest in peace. Rice and roll really helped me throughout college. It was One of the few remaining places that offered their own delivery without using apps or even charging extra fees to deliver. Had some good and bad moments but was definitely more good memories for me. I really like the salt and pepper porkchop and felt it was usually seasoned well. Thank you for the fond memories and hope that the owners next venture is successful too

We ordered To-Go and this place is a hidden gem of a restaurant. It has the PERFECT mix of taste and variety, the sizing of the portions are no slouch either. Definitely going to be a regular here going forward. I recommend trying their Mongolian beef :).

Trouble with Yelp/Grubhub app. Confirmed receipt of order but not status. No status even later when I got home with my order. Ordered scrambled eggs with shrimp, topped with oyster sauce, chicken fried rice, Westlake beef soup, and pork potstickers. Big plus and yea for Rice & Roll! Big ZERO for Yelp/Grubhub app. I checked in at 20 minutes from my order receipt to see if it was ready. Since I couldn't get an email or Yelp order status on my phone from Yelp/Grubhub. My order as ready, hot, delicious and very well packed. Only note was didn't expect potstickers to be deep-fried (usually like pan-fried and steamed) but that's my personal preference - it was still tasty. Rice and Roll is an excellent staple for Chinese food/takeout with their food quality and customer service!

Been coming here and ordering since I was young and I'm finally making a review. The dragons beef is a must along with their fried rice and other items such as the beef and broccoli, Mongolian beef, chow fun, and chow mein noodles. You always gotta get the honey walnut pawns -- it's a must! All the dishes were delicious, tasty, and was definitely satisfied after. What's cool is they have vegetarian options here and it's really tasty as well. We live near by so we definitely get dinner here at least once a month!

Warning: GrubHub male driver, Ho, did not speak any English, did not mask, did not distance!! He clearly does not care about directions or the law. I specifically instructed to not ring the doorbell due to falling ill and he aggressively rang the doorbell!! The eatery is APPARENTLY giving this driver another chance?? Are you serious? You are intentionally placing the community's health at serious risk. Additionally, even after very carefully checking about allergies to prawn, the worker, Timmy, had no idea if my delivered meal included prawn or shrimp due to the cook not speaking English. What has this world come to? What is the purpose of placing critical notes in the company apps if you choose to neglect? *My meal is lukewarm and lacks flavor. Disgraceful and inexcusable.

It's been two years and I'm trying Rice And Roll one more time. I ordered the compound chicken. And what I got was a container full of green bell peppers and huge red onions and very large pieces of white flavorless dry chicken. I don't know about you but I've never seen Kung Pow chicken that looks like this nor taste like this. Honestly I really don't know how they stay in business and on top of that the prices are higher than anyone else in the neighborhood for the worst quality food!
Good for the price, meatless shrimp and chicken were okay. Lots of food tho with egg roll and soup for the lunch special so can't complain

We've been ordering delivery and takeout from Rice N Roll for a few years now and it's just gone completely downhill. Delivery times have gotten terrible since Covid hit which I don't blame them for so we tried to do takeout. Takeout is much faster but the food has become inedible and prices have increased A LOT compared to just a year ago. Now, just focusing on the food...DO NOT order chicken. Another Yelper mentioned it and I wish I had read it before ordering but it's not fresh. The chicken was definitely frozen and tasted like freezer burn. Other items were ok but for the price you can get better quality food. Sad to say we won't be ordering from here again.

Tonight our dinner was over an hour late and then there was a hair in it. $61 dollars for an order of onions with a couple of pieces of shredded beef an an order of green beans with a few pieces of mystery dried meat that they claim is chicken. After years of ordering from this place, we're done. The food and service have gone way down. Don't bother with this dump!

I haven't written a review in years but my delivery tonight by was completely unacceptable. My food was delivered by someone who was smoking. Our food smelled of cigarettes. I called Rice N Roll and they apologized. I let Grub-hub know as well. I'm not sure whether or not he was wearing a mask in the car during delivery, but because our food smelled like cigarette smoke I am going to assume he wasn't. That only makes sense. We won't order again after living four years in Pacifica. Not acceptable to risk our health during a pandemic. Let's do our best and try to get through these tough times. Please wear a mask and don't risk the health of others. Smoking also decreases the quality of life of others.
