We visited this restaurant because of the fairly good Yelp reviews, but wow, what a disappointment. The owner (Scott I think?) was the most pompous and arrogant restaurant owner/employee I've ever seen. We ordered the bbq meat platter to share, since we'd eaten just a few hours before. Scott had the nerve to come to us to suggest a fast food restaurant if we wanted to share plates. I think he was trying to get us to order separate entrees? He gave off the complete greasy used car salesman vibe. Even though he was rude as can be, we really came for the food, which turned out to be as dry as can be. It reminded me of the old Dickey's BBQ chain, just premade junk. Highly disappointing. Stay away from this place, it seems the owner is interested in nothing other than taking other peoples' money.

Came here during fog fest to get away from the crowd for a little bit. We ended up getting the smoked burgers and they were bomb!! Maybe it was the alcohol that was contributing but either way I would recommend the burger if you come here for drinks. Nice little seating area in the back as well. They have a little parking lot and street parking.

They are rarely open even though there online page says open. They aren't reliable and I wouldn't recommend them if you want to have a consistent place to hang at. The owner at this bar also acts extremely rudely for the most simplist

I liked this little place. It's not really a brewery. Seems to still be a work in progress but the owners were nice and they had a nice selection of beers. Didn't try any food.

a little road trip to Pacifica and happened to stop here for a drink. ended up having some awesome food. Thank you to the staff for an awesome experience and hospitalit. Will be coming back.

We were attending the Pacifica Fogfest and decided to help out the local restaurants (instead of catering to the fair food booths). The street sign mentioning their smoked burger and tri tip at Seahorse brewery sounded great. Greeter at the door was nice and welcoming. The bartender recognized us quickly and took out order. Food service soooooooooo slow. Was this guy still hunting the cow? Needless to say that I wasn't the only customer waiting a lifetime for their food. 30 minutes...45 minutes...what is going on? Other customers asked and got a refund for their order since they couldn't wait anymore. By this time we were starving so I said I'd hold out a little more. A little over an hour wait and finally got our food only to be disappointed.The meat in the tri-tip was super dry (overcooked!) even though half of each slice was pure fat. The smoked burger was just ok (a little weird - a meatball in a hamburger bun?). As we were eating, I noticed that the other group next to us had also gotten a refund and were leaving.In the end, I found out that they shut down the kitchen and weren't taking any more orders due to the complaints and having to refund orders. Too bad, I think we all wanted to help support this restaurant. They should have gotten their act together and could have ended up with future customers each year at the street festival.

A nice surprise! We saw an a frame sign at Pacifica pier and decided to check it out after fishing. I really enjoyed this place. The couple who ran it were very personable. Laid back atmosphere. The food was great, good selection of beer on tap, affordable. I’ll definitely go back.
Very loud and service was terrible. We were going to order food but it took 15 minutes to get our drinks.. one person cannot be in the back making food for eight people and be behind the bar to pour drinks for others.
