My first impression by the waitress was... very welcoming!! The food (I ordered a hamburger and fries) delicious! I only ate half of my burger, took the rest home. I know I will not return. The smell of the place. It was of old used grease. I just could not get over the smell.

Really good diner food, we have breakfast here regularly. It's really clean and the staff is very friendly. You can get pretty much everything you'd expect in a diner. Portion sizes are ok, but not huge, and it is not really cheap. Unclear if you can bring your dog, first time was no problem, second time we were told only service dogs are allowed in.

Super friendly service. Weak instant coffee. portions were smaller and very expensive. The atmosphere was uncomfortable with shoeless folks and people bringing in dogs that weren't service dogs.

Nice little restaurant serving typical American food with good service. My reason for giving two stars is the prices, which are way too high for what you get. I ordered three pancakes with strawberries, two scrambled eggs, four strips of bacon and coffee and the total was $36! No way was that meal worth $36! It's a shame because it's a nice, decent place to eat, but I refuse to pay those kinds of prices for average diner food.

We came across this place by sheer coincidence on our way to Salinas. It is so far the best diner we've visited in the whole of California, excellent food and lovely staff. Unlike most diners this place still feels authentic and you can make conversation with ordinary strangers. Highly recommended.

Every thing here is either eggs or egg related. If you want anything else this place is not for you.

This is my favorite local diner! The food is always great, as is the service. It can be crowded & noisy on busy days, but it's worth it! I'm not a coffee drinker, but all of my family members who are and have been here rave about their coffee. Despite not being big into breakfast food, I tend to order it here since I absolutely love their bacon & their home fries are tasty, too. They also make great burgers if lunch is more your speed.
