This place has the best pupusas, empanadas and bistec encebollado + the staff is very efficient and friendly.

Walked in at 7:23pm sign on the door says they close at 8pm. Lady asked us for our drink order and gave us menus, walked into the back to get the drinks then came out says they are closing at 7:45. Apparently the person in the back didn't want to work anymore. Bad customer service I won't be going back and I will never recommend this place anymore. This wasn't the first time with a bad experience but I thought to give them another chance. I heard the lady that sells pupusas in front of Ross are pretty good better then this place, I will check them out. Voz que les paso muy mal.

Lady charged me full price $3.80 for pupusas on Wednesday which they were $1.75 . Bad customer service!! Food was not great the other pupuseria restaurant down the street is better with food and customer service definitely.

I ordered 6 pupusas to-go and they were almost half the size they are when you dine in. One of the pupusas was just dough there was no filling. Their customer service is horrible and they take forever to give you your food. This place is not what it used to be.

My coworkers and I love the fact that this place has Pupusas for $1.50 every Wednesday however the lady taking orders is always a problem. Today my coworkers and I ordered a total of 5 pupusas that should have been maybe $9 considering the queso Pupusas isn't part of the special but when I arrived I was told we had a large order (5 Pupusas mind you) and the total was $17. I don't speak Spanish so my boss called to go over the order. Anyway. We won't be ordering Pupusas from here anymore. This is not the first time this has happen but I felt I needed to add a review
The food is good. But the service nope ??.. they take soooo long to answer the phone, they put you on hold & nerve answer you. Also. When you go to eat there, they take a while to get your food.It takes a long time to answer the phone, it puts you on hold but doesn't answer and leaves you there for a long time. (As if the order were due tomorrow).. also when you go inside to eat, it takes time to note your order and bring it to you. ??????

We have a lot of choices for pupusas in the San Fernando valley. This little while in the wall is no where near a modern dining experience, but that's why I love it! They have a variety of Salvadoran and some Mexican dishes, but I come for the Pupusas. They have a jalapeño one that's really good and their Revueltas are even better. I love coming by at least twice a month. Other Pupusas are just not as good. Service is slow but if you have time then wait.

I really enjoyed my food here. I was craving a little of everything and I made a good choice by asking for this plate, everything was delicious. The place is very clean and well kept, the service was polite and friendly. I will definitely come back for more especially Wednesday or Friday when they have pupusas especial.
