I when there to have breakfast and their restrooms don't work, that was the answer from the employees. I don't understand how you can run a restaurant with restrooms that don't work.How are the clients and employees supposed to wash their hands?

Of the 4x Sandwhiches and 4x 6-Piece Cinammon French Toast 3x of the Toast were left out of our order. The bag was too small for all the food so I asked and the drivethrough said it is all there while the Supervisor gave a look like I was wrong. Upon arriving home I found that the 3x Toasts were missing. I called and the Supervisor said I was wrong that it was only 1. I returned to the store with my receipt and excuse after excuse lead me to believe the customer can be treated poorly here all because of a Supervisor who not only intimidates the workers but now the customers as well. I am dissapointed by this and alot of time was wasted unecessairily. Had the workers not been intimidated by the Supervisor then they would have fixed the problem on the spot. The problem was the supervisor made a mistake and refuted the truth. I had to show th receipt on my app to get the rest of my order. Filurthermore communication was also an issue here. I speak English and Spanish but found it difficult to be understood by the supervisor who was Hindu. I was dissapointed that my culture was not even appreciated and that I was denied on the phone and once again in person untill I showed the receipt.

I'm very disappointed with this location. I usually enjoy the food when I come here however today the drive-thru line was wrapped around the corner. I tried to wait in the drive-thru but it was slow going and I guess people were saying they couldn't hear the lady that was taking orders. So I decided to go to the inside and realize that poor lady was there all by herself. She was taking orders in the drive-thru and at the register and packing up food. I decided to leave because not only was it going to take a long time but I didn't want to add to her already hectic day. I understand a lot of places are short staff but that was ridiculous. They really need to get her some help.
Came here planning on eating inside restaurant , with no customers in lobby or drive thru' and lobby is looking all dirty ' with messy tables' and no good clean tables to sit.. come on guys!!!!

I haven't been to this Jack in the Box in ages. This isn't my go to fast food to get a burger or anything else. But since I had a tmobile Tuesday coupon for their Spicy Chicken Sandwich, today was the day. I downloaded the app on my phone and place the order through there. The best thing I like about their app is that you don't have to check in when you arrived to the place so your order will start being made. The drive thru line wasn't busy so I was able to pull right up and tell them I was here to pick up my mobile order. The guy working the window was polite and asked if I wanted any sauce. I asked for ketchup only. The area this Jack in the Box is in is not the best and there was a homeless person hanging out right where you exit the drive thru to turn on Woodman Ave. I thought the spicy chicken sandwich was alright but my mom loved it since I shared half of it with her.Parking: They don't have a lot of parking spots here but there are street parking and nearby parking lot as well.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly but I would day it's not in the safest area.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible and they have a ramp to the front door.
