Very poor customer service. I have been here 2 times in the last month, here is why. 1st visit one we wanted spicy chicken it was not available for 30 more more minutes. Ok not so bad, we went a second time with a reward coupon from my daughters school. Unfortunately they did not honor it. I asked at the window the girl was clueless, so I proceeded to order then the said no at window. I will not return to this location. Coupons are reimbursed by corporate they just don't want to go the extra mile.
So sad the quality of KFC is going down the drain. Got a family meal today my biscuits were hard like rocks, food was cold like it been sitting for a while. Definitely not what I remember as a kid, so sad, won’t come back.

The food at KFC has not gotten any better since I ate here last. There food used to be so good .....the gravy you wanted to drink it it was so good...and the chicken was the tastiest! But now it has no flavor at all just BLAH .....the best thing tonight was the New Mountain Dew!! Peach and Honey is the BEST!! Si give it 3 stars on the drink alone!!But KFC if you want your old customers back you better bring back the old recipes!!

Came to this location and the customer service was horrible! They are very rude including the manager on duty at night. My food was not fresh and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while!

I'm disappointed! Had my taste buds set on some KFC but instead I got lightly fried batter that just fell off of the chicken the moment I grabbed it out of the box. I purchased the breast and wing combo the wing doesn't even look like a wing and barely looks edible. The breast and batter fell apart. KFC fix this please!

There's someone working there that messed up my order twice and it's the same guy. It's like he can't hear me when I speak. Dissatisfied for sure.
