Only Hispanic people work here NO DIVERSITY walk in and the first thing you hear is loud mariachi music being played in the back and all the employees talking in Spanish shame on this country for allowing this to happen at most of our fast food restaurants here in Southern California. This ain’t no Louisiana

the manager was very rude .the tables was all dirty.i had a issue with the food and she couldn't pix my order very bad customer service i will never come back to this location again .

This place closes at 10pm but they refused to serve me because I wanted to eat there. It's 9:08pm right now. They'd rather lose business than follow their closing hours.

My cashiers name was Jennifer and she was very rude. She took down my order wrong and gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a classic. I calmly brought the issue up and explained to the cashier that was free and they made it a huge deal when I hadn’t even touched the sandwich and it was still sealed. I tried talking to Jennifer to see if she remembered that I ordered a classic since I had just ordered and she turned around and ignored me. This could have been easily fixed yet they managed to make it an unpleasant experience.

When ordering online a 10 pc family meal, the offer cost $24.99, but when you are ready to check out it charged $40.47. I contacted the Popeyes and a got the difference credited. But the issue still jas not been fixed. I TRY TO RODER AGAIN AND IS OVER CHARGING $15.00.Make sure to check the total before you process the order on line
Tasty. Like chicken should be. Had to buy a midnight snack truffle sandwich. Yum. Set the alarm.It’s just unfortunate that this place overcharges for practically everything but it’s not much different than any other place that you go nowadays it’s a shame that people that work fast food get paid so much. It’s almost like they are acting like they’re in control of everything. Seriously what the hell is going on? I’m just trying to get a meal deal.

Always check your order before leaving. 9 times out if 10 they will get it wrong. I ordered a 5 piece and one of the pieces was a tiny wingstop style chicken wing. Avoid this place if at all possible.

I went to order the ghost pepper wings since there popping right now and I been coming here for years, until today I had my lady order my food she order the ghost pepper wings and the cashier asked the cooks if they were available the answer was no that's it was going to take up to an hour than I hear across the kitchen that they were going to be three hours long wait. I would not wait that long for a price of 9.99 $ so I order a original chicken sandwich and the 3pc tenders, I got my order and to top it off I got my food with no dressing I deserve I least one choice of dressing for my tenders they were charging me 25 cents at first and than the cook yells across saying that it will be 75 cents that's ridiculous worst of all I'm not coming back ever that's for sure
