8:45p called to place an order for pick up. No answer. 8:49p doors locked and employees ignore. Supposedly close time says 9pm. I didn't know it would be too late to make 1 raspado. The Close time should be updated to whatever employees feel like so at least the public knows.

They close 20 mins early without notice and get mad when opening the door. This has happened multiple times. If it's not going to stay open till 9 pm, then they need to change the business hours.Cierran 20 min antes sin previo aviso y se enfadan al abrir la puerta. Esto ha sucedido varias veces. Si no va a permanecer abierto hasta las 9:00 p. m. entonces deben cambiar el horario

On a sweltering day, I always need to make a brief pit stop at Raspado Xpress. Nothing can cool you off like a delicious raspado, and the service is speedy. There are just one or two workers behind the counter, so thank you to the staff members who are working hard to get orders out. It's beneficial to place your order by phone in advance as well!

Crepes had no nutella in them, literally just down the middle. Super dry and flavorless. Never again.

I went there this afternoon with my sister to get raspados for ourselves and our parents and the woman serving is was so rude. She kept messing up our orders at the register and I had to repeat myself 3 times for each item. (We only got 4 raspados). Then when we actually got our raspados one of them was wrong and she blamed is as well as added some colorful language when we asked if she could fix it and tried to charge us more.

If you're looking for a sweet, and good raspado, this place is the one! From the amount of flavors Raspado Express has, the all time favorite is Vanilla flavor. The most simple, but the bestest! I would highly recommend this flavor!
