I went in yesterday with three other people who all got drinks in one order around 5pm. While I’m trying to place an order, the cashier is laughing and talking to another employee. I ask for a special request on my drink and she made the special request for a different cup, not mine. I waited longer for a cup and waited at the counter for someone to finish their task and attend me, finally an employee looks at me, looks down, then says “what” in a rude tone. I was taken aback and asked her about my drink and gives me the cup on the counter telling me that it’s my drink (although it has a different name on the cup) and says “well that’s your cup? She out the name wrong I guess whatever”. Worst experience

The barista Maria at Starbucks is Amazing I come here everyday and she always has a smile on her face and is always willing to go above and beyond for her the customers and the community I am soo grateful for her warm heart friendly smile and great customer service! I appreciate having her in the community!

Without Coffee my life would be sadly full of tea and sympathy. Starbucks makes me feel like a Star to the tune of about $3,000 happily spent bucks a year. But I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I usually don't have any complaints about Starbucks but Ive been coming here for years because it's convenient, but I kinda have to now. It's a hit and miss with the drinks, some days it's made correctly and some days they're terrible! I know 2 friends who come here, one before work and one who also shops at Target and they've said the same thing. It's disappointing to pay for coffee that's already expensive, but even worse when it's not made right. They need to train these baristas thoroughly and learn the menu!

Sometimes a little slow but overall a decent Starbucks and the only one in the area. It's inside the Target. The employees usually greet you!

Went in early today to get my favorite coffee. While standing in line, the woman in front of me who must have been in her late 20's early 30's asked the younger lady behind the counter which drink was sitting in the counter. Mind you these baristas that were there this morning sounded like they whispered names and drinks out. The barista went up to the cup and pointed to the name on drink. Instead of saying, oh this is the ... ok whatever. When the customer left the barista says, in front of other customers including myself, " Can't you just read the cup?" And then the other barista says, "I guess you act like that when you get old." Lol!! The woman was not old! I was probably older so I was offended! Lol! So the baristas did this back and fourth for a minute instead of focusing on the drinks they had to make for the long line they had in front of them. Sorry for the long paragraph but I just had to share. These kids (that's what they acted like) have no customer service skills. Sad. Maybe some more training Starbucks corporate? Anyway one of the young ladies had a red ponytail and the other one had short dark hair and was wearing a mask. They were working the Sunday morning shift. I was there at 8:45. I just think you should wait to trash talk when there are no customers in front of you.

This Starbucks is inside the Target store, and there are too many people. The place is small.Good customer service, they serve you as fast as possible.
Sad Starbucks Target location though the generally sad state of the surrounding area makes it a useful place to get a cup of coffee if you are already here for whatever reason, not alot of other nearby options is what I'm saying.Vegetarian options: Many!Kid-friendliness: It is a Target Starbucks so anything goes.Parking: Free Target/shopping center parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is Ada compliant.Dietary restrictions: Plenty!

Service without a smile. Unfortunately this Starbucks inside of Target is the only one within a 8 mile radius of where I have to be, so I go there. The girl taking my order never ever smiles and never ever says thank you. Her tone is flat and she looks like she is forced to work there, which may be the case.The order comes out right and the other workers seem okay. And to be fair, she does treat everyone the same. Haha! I tried to contact Starbucks, but the online contact and system is only for Canada, go figure. Go to thiamine if you only want a Starbucks drink without being treated like a valued customer.Starbucks, you at slipping on your customer service training.

Love the staff there! Jackie, Steve, Isaiah and Abel are a great team who make the drinks quick and tasty! Guest connection is great and they are always so busy but do their best to get drinks out in an organized and timely manner. I hope Target appreciates all the hard work that this staff does for not only the store but Starbucks as well.

They have this one barista here she was so rude to me she was refusing to take our order she went to the back and ignored me like I wasn’t standing in line she was so disrespectful once she started taking my order she started screaming at me to press the skip button I told her to forget about the order I have never been treated like this at any Starbucks

I have been to this Starbuks Twice in 2 weeks looking or a Currect Blend of Coffee the Girls behind the Counter if she can check to see if they have it in the back they said we only have what's on the shelf i went agai yesterday ask 1 Girl was Willing to get away from the back of the Counter her name was Issis she went to to go check & came back with the Coffee Grinds i was looking for she was a great help
