Small place, drive thru gets slammed, customer service is basic as most the time it seems they'd rather not be there, with a typical San Fernado Valley rest B#$%& face lol. Once in a while one of them are uppity up and happy to serve. Other than that, just like any ? ? spot, all the same food, just put together differently and packaged differently with different names.Wheelchair accessibility: Got to go into the drive thru beginning area to access a ramp, that's about it and I believe there are only booths that can accommodate as you can wheel up to the end of table, they may have 1 table for wheel chair, wasn't to sure about that last part.

The lady working the drive through at this location tonight (09/12/25 7:39pm) is legit one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever encountered at a drive through; just really cheerful and nice.

paying 20 for taco bell is crazy on grub hub. can’t even provide hot sauce and a straw. these workers asking for almost $17 an hour and can’t even put a napkin in the meal. trash. i don’t drive and i always tip for uber eats and grubhub. ghetto restaurant. horrible employees and classless management. you own a business and it’s a franchise. i’d rather go spend $20 at a better establishment.

By far the worst customer service. Little kids run this place and don't pay attention to the orders they're receiving. I asked for a chicken chalupa and I got a beef one. The cashier was rude and had attitude.
