I placed my order for pick up at a certain time hoping if I did it that way, I wouldn't have to wait long bit it did not work. I still had to wait for my order. On top of that the place is dirty and the service is so bad. And when I got home my order was incomplete!

All wingstops are just horrible. I thought it would be just this location in particular but no all wingstops I have gone to in LA are dirty, horrible service and there’s always something wrong with my order. At this point it’s better to buy and prepare your own wings when you’re paying someone to poorly make them. Wings are always dry like if they made them 5 days ago and still serve them. On top of that my side that I paid for was not included. I called the store and told them the situation and was told I had to bring my order back like if I wasn’t already home. I just took the L but spend your money and hunger on somewhere else decent. ?

I don't like to leave negative reviews but I feel like I have to for this establishment. I am a regular at this location and each and every visit is the same. Dirty environment, employees who aren't professional, and I am always missing at least one food item every single time. My experience today was below a one star practice. Floor was trashy. The service from the employees were as expected like every single time; unwilling to help and bothered. It almost seems as the customers are a huge inconvenience to the employees. Today I witnessed an employee who was actually already clocked out, standing in the front of the register, eating a donut. They then passed the donut to another employee who looked like a manager. This person was still working, standing behind the register, and had gloves on. They proceeded to eat the donut and head back to the kitchen. This is super unprofessional especially because this person was most likely going to prepare food in the back, and probably did not change gloves. Even if they did follow safety protocols and got a new pair of gloves, this is still unethical and we shouldn't see this happening at a food work place. My experience today drew the line so I had to write about it. I hope either the general manager or an executive sees this and does something to better this specific establishment because it is sad to see what this place has coming to.

Anthony Christian and Robert were the best came in late night tonight they went above and beyond what there required to do.. thank you guys for your excellent customer service and help ..thank you will be back...cause of them thanks guys
I ordered online and placed a delivery order but they sent me an incomplete order. I called the store and they stated that they had the rest of my order at the store and offered me to go pick it up, even though I had paid for delivery. That was not a solution for me. Now, I will have just soda and ranch as dinner for me and my family.

Awful experience Sunday night. I ordered the 30 piece crew pack through the Wingstop website. The order that was delivered belonged to someone else, as it only included 2 tenders and some wings. I called the store to deliver the correct order and was told by the manager Anthony that they do not deliver and that I have to contact Doordash to deliver and he can give me store credit. I advised him I did not order through Doordash. I ordered through the wingstop website directly. He continued to advise me that I had to do this or pick up the order or he would give store credit. I finally agreed to pick up the order as speaking with him was exhausting and unprofessional. He did not offer to do anything regarding the delivery fees. After hanging up with him, I decided not to pick up the food as it probably would have been tainted following our poor interaction and got Wingstreet delivered instead.

I came in and order for take out at 11:08pm by this time no more ice in the fountain drink..the girl that took my order began to sweep the front..but never once check to see if my order was ready..knowing i had ordered take out..other employee came up to the cashier and saw me waiting but none of them even asked me if im being help already so a guy came to pick up his take out order so i asked the cashier if my order was ready by this time its about 11:28pm..he checked and it has been ready but just left on the shelf with other orders waitting to be picked up..i got the bag didnt even go home really hungry so i sat in my car with my wife eating..the french fries is all soft i cant tell that its been baked or what..instead of tossing the wings in sauce it cames soaked in sauce 2 tenders was all soft 1 tender was really hard to bite into like its old or over cooked..for cajan sauce the only thing you can taste is tobassco..should have known its the only opened til midnight..no surprise there..i wouldnt come back to this location..what happen now a day...people dont really take pride in their work anymore..
