A great hotel and casino. Just here to spend one night so didn't have the chandler to discover everything, but in general it's a very nice hotel/casino. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is good, maybe a bit hard, but that's to my taste. Coffeemaker in the room - big plus. Another big plus is that the room has several charging outlets for smartphones and more. Minus is the soap (maybe I'm to harsh because I'm a soap maker) the facial soap contain way to many bad stuff, and the shower gel really dries out your skin. But I'm a delicate flower and just have to try all hotel soaps when we are out and about.Over all a great hotel.

Visited to see a favorite band play at Center Bar. Had to cross a cigarette smoke infested casino from the parking lot. Sat at the bar ( Cash Only, no debit or credit card) and only saw the cocktail waitress once in an hour and a half. This establishment is loosing so much money due to poor management that they must be compensating it from gambling profits. First and time I will visit regardless.

4/1/24 So we are back and Shout out to the security team in the casino. My aunt lost her phone and everytime I called, they answered promptly and were patient. Although it was not turned in, they actually answered and looked. There is another casino close by starts with an H and they "do not have a lost and found nor security" that would answer, instead they forward you to a site where you can file a report and hope that someone answers someday! BTW their air filter system seems better!always a fun place to visit. Lots of machines to play on and everyone is very friendly. The only thing I would like them to work on is their air filtering system.

Great place in general just lacking professionalism with some of the employees one of the floor managers Arnulfo Carreon was very rude to me and interfered with my game multiple times he had someone come in on my shuffle while I took a quick restroom break and was very rude to me when I confronted him about it and on another occasion he had someone come in on my game when I asked the guy already if it was ok if I play a few shuffle alone and he was fine with it, but he saud that the table is not reserved and insisted he come in on my game anyway just to be rude for no reason I was very shocked at the behavior and almost made me not want to go back so be aware of that overall great place just need to clean up some of the employees because some of them Arnulfo specifically should not be working in a place like this
