Best place in the Coachella Valley for a cheese steak, Alkobar has lots of other amazing food options but the Philly Mexicano is my go to. The Philly Mexicano has sliced ribeye steak with grilled onions and jalapeños, secret sauce, topped with pepper jack cheese and shredded lettuce. The service is great and friendly staff, no indoor seating but a nice patio with great ambiance in the winter months.

I've been coming here since I was 10 years old and that makes it almost 17 years now. They've always had good food at a good price with legit anything you could be craving. From different ethnic cuisines, to healthy, and all others types of food, they offer it. It's like a quality bodega on the west coast. I'll never forget my after schools snacks here with my buddies.

This place is pretty damn good. I wish I had more meat under Philly cheesesteaks though. But the taste in the bun was wonderful. The way it was dressed was great. The service was fantastic. All the employees seemed pretty cool. I would strongly recommend this place and a cheesesteak I'll be back. But french fries four hours and $.50 for an order of french fries was pretty damn expensive. It was actually above four I don't know if it was 450 but it waslittle expensive for french fries.

Cold food, cold bread, bad service.I was unable to complain, I was hungry and ended up trying to eat. Rubbish, the meat was reheated and the bread was taken out of the fridge and was cold and damp. If you don't want to do it well, close your doors. I realized they were already wanting to close. The chairs were on the table and the smell of disinfectant was very strong. The girl answered with an angry look, as she wanted to leave. They basically took the leftovers they had in the fridge, heated them up and put them on iced bread. And I had to try to eat this sandwich because I was hungry.

Came here because of reviews. Ordered famous Philly steak and love it. Steak cook to perfection in my liking. However, I was disappointed with how hot food was handled on styrofoam box. I would suggest place foil or cooking paper if cost is an issue.
