The most bizarre Applebee's experience. Had a rough day, just wanted to relax and have a decent meal. The service was good, but suddenly I heard death metal playing...a customer at the bar was controlling the music...very unpleasant...lost my appetite

My mom and i came to palm desert for my sisters colorguard show and we stopped at applebees after for our “fancy dinner outing” and oh my god we would’ve had better service at carls JUNIOR across from our hotel LOL. :/our server not only served the table who got there after us, FIRST, but never gave us a refill. (either of us). (ever.) had to ask somebody else bc he avoided our table somehow. we got sat next to the bar, to be seated before our 20 minute wait time, the plate was wet and fries got soggy, literally my mom got coke and only one cup bc he wouldn’t come back??? so sad. like u hurt my mom, u hurt me. anyway!!! so many cute seniors / old people in there and this ?? is the song they played?? . so ghetto. idk if all applebee's employees are avoiding tables, but this was a disappointment. my mom wasted her money treating us to eat out. (doesn’t happen very often, as this is usually why)… if u want a sign to eat somewhere else, THIS IS IT. :/ one star for the silverware. :(

Fantastic place! Food is excellent, atmosphere is positive and its very clean. The manager Ahmad is such a pleasure! Everytime we go in he is smiling, laughing and welcomes us. His vibe carries through the whole restaurant literally.A fun and happy place with great food! Thanks Ahmad :-)

Great happy hour options!! Both service and food were excellent.
I've been going to Applebee's for years, the last 2 times here have been ridiculous between service and food especially food the baby back ribs were one of my go to and not just once but twice in a row burnt and inedible I would have had a better meal at my hotel and no manager no service no nothing this one is the worst I've been to since the last time here that sucked as well! What are these people thinking????
The happy hour drinks and food are always the best option. The bar is always easy to sit in and the weight staff and bartenders are always

I was sitting at the bar, I was asked what I wanted to drink and I said a DOS XX's TALL Jessica brings me a BOTTLED DOS XX'S. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! She wasn't friendly either.

Busy busy busy.Bartenders were great but fruit flies and dirty dishes were a turn off.When did things get so pricey - $20 for a bigger and fries, yikes ?They must be doing something right, lots of happy faces.
