Great food and great service. Manager that was there today, 2/17/2024 around 2pm was very welcoming, fast and friendly. Very great staff as well. Highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The food here is fine. The manager, Chris, is not fine. He is loud, off putting, argumentative and a poor manager. He thinks if a table isn't "that bad" that it does not need to be cleaned.The recent remodel is not lovely, it's dark and incomplete.However, it's a fast food establishment... ultimately what was important was my food and it was hot, tasty, and prepared well

FOOD: Excellent Roast Beef singles and doubles. Curly Fries could have been warmer. SERVICE: I ordered online for pickup, and showed my receipt. I was informed that the order was being prepared. That was not true, as I arrived 15 minutes before my pickup time. Arby does not receive your order until 5 minutes before your pickup time. So arriving 10 minutes earlier was a waste of my time. So once the 6:30 pickup time arrived, I still had to wait another 25 minutes. My total wait time was 45 minutes. Customers arriving after me received their orders before me. The cashier and server was extremely slow. AMBIANCE: The floors were dirty and the tables needed to be cleaned up.I would only return for the good food. This location must have the slowest service of any Arby I have visited.

This was a terrible experience. The food was horrible. The service was horrible. The person taking orders was very indifferent as to the customer needs. I would not recommend this to a homeless person. Let alone somebody is looking for a decent meal that's eaten at Arby's before.Disgusting for Palm Springs. Go to yuma and get training and be # 1, if that is possible

There's a number on the outside of the building to call for curbside but they don't answer, I saw a person going in and asked them to tell Arby's to answer the phone,the food was cold curly fries too hard I actually got 3 real curly fries the rest were pieces of curly fries I will never go back horrible
