Family owned and operated for over 20 years in the desert. Excellent service, very extensive menu options and tasty food. Order the Cobb Salad. So good!

I am sad to say that my visit to Bouchee today was a disappointment. I have been to Bouchee once in the past and was looking forward to trying it again this morning. I invited a few of my family members to join me and we got there just after their opening time. Or so we thought... After several attempts to open the door and get inside, we could not get in. The employees could see us struggling to open a locked door, but did nothing to help. The hours posted on the door were the same hours posted online and there was also a wooden sign outside and a flashing "open" neon light. However, the door was not open and the staff was not willing to let us in. I am still a bit shocked because I am not sure why they did this. Perhaps they did not need our business? We will never know since we couldn't get anyone to the door or on the phone. Super bizarre.

I had asked them to please come a pink undercooked chicken breast a bit better…was very nice about it. The owners started cursing at me and insulted me to the point I almost called the police. Absolutely crazy owners. Friends got food poisoning there so absolutely won’t go near food poisoning and crazy…spread the word.

I do not know how it is possible that we have never been in this place, but I'm glad we finally have! We loved it! The food was literally amazing and the place is really cute. We sat outside on the patio and it was adorbs! My husband had the pork tenderloin sandwich and loved everything about it. He said the 9-grain bread was some of the best bread he has ever had. I had the "Dad's" sandwich and it was fantastic! This may have been our first time in there but it will not be our last! Oh, and try their homemade beer! The brown is excellent!

They brought coffee, tea in a glass which was not clean, the quality of veggie omelet is very low and its super greasy, the french toast quality was pretty low as well. So food was not good( at least the ones we ordered). I didn’t give 1 bcz the waitress was a nice guy.
Ordered off grub hub and went to pick up order. cook and cashier said it was an hour wait were completely rude and disrespectful from the time we walked in the door to pick up food. Had to call grub hub to get refund. WE Will NEVER GO BACK!

Bouchee is a wonderful little gem in a strip mall off of El Paseo. We were pleasantly surprised not just by how good our meals were, but how nicely presented. Also had a chance to chat with Tim, the owner, about beer brewing and got a quick story of how his family goes back 80-some generations to Charlemagne! A wonderful stop - will definitely return when next in Palm Desert.

Tried a new spot today.. found them on yelp and was very pleased.. nice atmosphere.. very good service .. and loved the food.. forgot to take a picture before I devoured it!! Lol must come back next timeim in the desert!
