I don't know if the workers here are just stupid, or what, but they refused to give me the order I was assigned to pick up, insisting that someone else was coming for it, even after I showed them the Dasher app showing that I was the driver. It took 3 calls from Doordash support to get the order and they didn't even start until 10 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up. Delivery was 20 minutes late because of their incompetence.

Another attempt to go to Charley's thwarted because they closed over 20 minutes early tonight. Oh well, too bad I love the food so much. I guess Jersey Mike's it will be in the future. Whomever owns this Charley's location doesn't like to make money I guess?

HAIR IN MY SANDWICH AND UNDERCOOKED FOOD (horrible) THIS REVIEW WAS TAKEN DOWN. The first visit was simply giving them a chance, but the food was undercooked. Chicken was almost RAW. On 1/5/23, I returned to find hair in my food. HAIR..... I bit into the sandwich and 2 long strands of hair was there. When I called, Sandy said I could return the sandwich for a refund, but it was a combo and that's all she could do. NOW keep in mind if you come near closing there are people just standing around. It is probably the way the HAIR got there, people just standing around scratching their head. This may be a motivator for the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. If you look into the kitchen the food is not covered either, hair could easily enter the lettuce, pickles. It's just not a GOOD look. Sometimes we eat places, but we don't pay attention. I AM JUST SAYING APPROACH WITH CAUTION. I am on total alert after that incident. Mr. Manager/Owner please don't reply. If you respond I am not sure how you could make good on this one. There is nothing you can say. Everything said is true. Just CLEAN up the place, you have enough people hired to do that.

There were only two ladies upfront doing all the work. One at the register and the other on the grill. Right away my girlfriend and I got a negative vibe from this woman named Olga. She had a thick accent so I could hardly understand anything she said. I asked her for an old school steak but with chicken instead of steak and I said I wanted extra chicken. I said it more than once but she didn't seem to care. Once our food was prepped I open the box and see the lamest excuse for steak on top of a small spoonful of chicken. This establishment seems very stingy when it comes to their chicken it seems. When I went up to Olga to complain about it, she yelled at me saying, "you said extra chicken" and I said instead of steak but she doesn't seem to understand half of what I'm saying.
