The staff their is a joke always order your food before the store opens and then report them for not opening on time , you will get free food and they will eventually lose their jobs for never opening on time. Also it smells terrible in their bathroom . They probably hire and fire a custodian over and over again and pretend they have a chance to keep their jobs . Because itsbalways the same girls and some skinny crackhead with a mustache that works there

The place was super clean. And so we're the bathrooms. The staff was so friendly and my first time there they explained every thing on the menu and even gave suggestions what I might like.They were helpful and I would go back to this restaurant if they keep it up and don't change.The only thing is I found the barnacoa toco and there queso so hot my lips and mouth were on fire and I was sweating from eating it. So if you like spicy that's the one.

You have to fight for them to give you the proper portions of food you’re paying for. They will literally fill the bowl with 1/3 of its capacity and act like it’s your fault.

I had a carne asada salad which is delicious. Ambiance is your basic chipotle interior- sparse, somewhat industrial. The guy who helped me was very nice and welcoming. The only thing was the shock of the price. Almost $20 just for a salad and drink!
We stopped by the Chipotle Grill outside Palm Springs on our way back to Orange Country from Arizona. Service was slow, the food was being scraped from the bottom of the bins and the portions were exceptionally small. Additionally, the staff were not keeping up with basic cleaning of the dining area (wiping down tables or cleaning the eating area.If you're passing through PS or live in the area and have a craving for Mexican food - find another spot. Just because its near the highway exit - doesn't make it good, convenient or clean. I hope the management will at least have their staff clean the tables and the one working / open restroom.
