I am not a fan of pretzels or Cinnamon rolls but I work near by and get really cold so I like to get a hot chocolate since I'm not a fan of coffee either. But it hardly goes well ordering the hot chocolate they are not trained how to make a simple carnation hot chocolate have had to have remade like 3 different times already and they don't make it like the description says on the app no whip cream unless u ask and no chocolate syrup as described. Please train your employees.

Of course the cinnamon rolls are fantastic but I can't believe how disgusting and rude the manager is there. She's big woman with big issues!! if I had her name I would include it in this review, but this is for other customers, try to avoid the big ignorant uneducated manager!! After spending quite a bit of money there on my last visit, she refused to refill a cup of water that I paid for, Water!! She said, in a very agitated and angry way I needed to buy another water, and all I wanted was my half filled water cup, filled up!! it's not like I was rude. I was extremely kind, and she was extremely rude! I mean I already paid for the cup! She had blamed it on Covid..really? Are you that shallow and ignorant? And if it was Covid, they weren't wearing masks. She should work in the back, sweeping and mopping and taking out the trash and throw herself inside since she can't respectfully take care of customers, so unfortunate and so uncalled for. Again food was great, but my experienced left a bad taste in my mouth as she walked away she was also talking S***! Like just because your life sucks you don't have to be rude to kind people. I hope this helps other customers.

Not super impressed with this location. It's almost like a kiosk, even though it's carved out in the mall, but all of the items were sitting at room temperature, and then would be taken to the back to be microwaved. There was only one girl behind the counter managing all of the tasks, so she was clearly busy, but also made time to smile and offer great service. Everything appeared to be generally clean, but it was still a little offputting, that nothing was being made fresh.

There was definitely more of a selection than I remember when I was younger so they've got alternative items like twists and like mini buns but they were just OK. They looked like they've been sitting there all day. Back in the day I remember them always being fresh and you could smell it in the mall and they were making them constantly but it's not like that anymore. Everything's already made and in little packaging and just displayed sitting there all day. If I'm in the area I would possibly go back if I was craving something like this but I haven't really thought about them since so I don't think that's gonna happen. There was only one person working but she was really sweet handled everything well. They're located inside the mall and they're positioning makes it stand out so you can't miss it. The mall was not busy at all when I was there, so it was pretty quiet on which I love.

A decadent favorite of mine. Although I no longer get the regular roll, the Mini Bon suits me just fine. When you get a taste for sweets, you don't need to get stuffed with it. For me, a taste is 3-4 bites and I'm good.
