Terrible experience!! With Handles being here now there really is no reason to go back! Ice cream mediocre and service and attitude was worse! Save yourself the time and money, and go to Handles, far more superior!

I didn’t have a good experience here. They took so long to serve the customers. When I ask for a milkshake they said we’re not doing milkshakes. When I asked why, they didn’t do a good job explaining. For some reason, they’re serving ice cream but not milkshake. So I ordered the ice cream instead but it did not taste good. This is my first and last time here in Coldstone.

We decided we wanted to give this cold stone another chance and we were disappointed. First of all, additional "mix-ins" are now $1.29 EACH or you kidding me?! Secondly, the girl did a bad job of "MIXING them in", she barely added any strawberries and one of the strawberries fell on the stone when putting it into the cup and rather than adding it to my cup she just left there. She offered my sister a bigger cup to avoid a mess but I get mine and ice cream was melting over the edges. Here's some advice for improved customer service: STAY CONSISTENT with how you treat people in the same group, you offer something to one offer it to the other. Also, if you can do a better job of mixing toppings in, work on your arm strength so you can actually do your job!

We were the only people in the store and one of the girls working was soo rude when I asked for a substitution on something in my ice-cream. She rolled her eyes and didn't even mix it up for me. No reason for the attitude.

We ordered a "create your own" cake for my daughter's BDAY online. Everything was completed without a hitch and the service was great. The cake turned out DELICIOSO, choosing the cake flavor, as well as the additives was painless. It was SO good, we are going to order the same style for our anniversary this weekend.

Absolutely Terrible Service from start to finish. I asked for a suggestion and Elizabeth responded in a rude tone to pick whatever I felt like. When I decided on picking two flavors , she didn't ask if I wanted any toppings , which I did, and once I proceeded to ask for toppings she said it was too late and she wouldn't be able to mix it in with what I wanted . Once I proceeded to pay , she continued being rude. I've never experienced such terrible service in my entire life. Incredibly disappointed.

I found it quite fascinating to watch as the people behind the counter actually MADE my ice cream on a COLD STONE!! This is some delicious ice cream. Go and experience a Lot of FUN. Your taste buds will be so happy.
