TL;DRFood quality is luck of the draw.Service was slow and cashier was rude.Order was missing food.-I've visited this Del Taco two times about a month apart. Both times the food was hit and miss. Last time the Del Tacos we ordered had no tomato and very little lettuce. This time all 3 of the burritos we ordered had hard stale tortillas. On both visits the wait time seemed pretty long considering I had ordered through the App 5-10 minutes before arriving.The same woman was working the counter both times. My first visit it took well over 5 minutes for her to even acknowledge me standing at the register. The second visit I was greeted much more quickly but with a harsh "What do you want?". She honestly seems completely overwhelmed. This time when I checked my order it was missing a quesadilla. I let her know and she said I was wrong, that it was in the bag. When I asked her to show me where it was in the bag, she waved her hand at me and walked away. Right then one of the cooks from the back came around the corner with the missing quesadilla and apologizing. The two guys working in the kitchen were much nicer and far more helpful.

Pulled up to the drive through speaker at 10:08pm and was asked to wait to place my order. It’s been over 15 minutes now and haven’t heard a thing. Finally asked what was going on and they responded like they had no idea we were waiting. As we approached the drive through window we were told our order wasn’t ready and we were asked to back up 4 feet so their drive through timer wouldn’t count us as being at the window. Not a great experience at all.

Great food, and plenty of it! Great service.Parking: I rode my skateboard, and they did not have those stupid anti-skateboarding bumps on their sidewalks. It was easy for me to skate in and skate out. Excellent parking!!!

Ordered through the app 10 min in advance. When I got to the drive through, they said I have to come inside because they were too busy to process it, I guess? I was stuck in the drive through for 25 min with no food coming, unable to drive out while waiting for the world's slowest drive through to clear.Never again, deleting app.

You can't go wrong with the grilled chicken tacos minus the
Fast food drive thru. What's ya want? Food was good. Was with someone who'd grown up eating Del Taco all the time and hadn't been around one in years. He said..."yum yum, comfort food--this is delicious!" (He had a double cheeseburger and 3 beef soft tacos).

I have to update my review because this place has gotten really bad. It was never great but it was ok. It has gotten progressively worse over the last year. I dont know if it's a lack of employees or what. When you order and go to pull up to the window, they make you stop long before the window. I sat there for 15 min waiting for her to wave me to the widnow. Once I got to the window, I was rushed. She snatched my card out of my hand, shoved my drink at me, shoved my food at me, and almost dropped my card because she was in such a hurry. Then she didn't say anything to me to indicate that I had received everything she just walked away out of sight. I sat there for a moment trying to get someone's attention just to ask if I was good to go, and the 3 people that walked by multiple times made no eye contact and didn't respond. After about 10 more min, she finally came back around the corner and gave me the nod after I asked if that was everything. This has happened more than once at this drive-through. Then, once I got home, took a huge bite of my Chilli cheese fries and a hair got stuck in the back if my throat, the other half wrapped around a Chilli cheese fry in the box. I was absolutely DISGUSTED. I threw mine and my familes whole 35 dollars worth of food in the trash. Went for convenience, ended up throwing money in the garbage. This is also the 2nd time I've gotten hair in my food here. I will not be back.
