Been here a few times service is always slow and can not be found even when there slow. I guess they let dogs in even if not service dogs had to eat next to a stinky dog. Not a good experience. If you want good service and good food go elsewhere you'll save time and money.

Tonight the service was terrible with our food and our waiter. We got the calamari roll and it was overcooked calamari. It was soaked in sauce and made it mushy. It was so loose it was difficult to pick up as it was cut so skinny on the bottom and the top was thick. The other rolls we got spicy scallop roll, super dragon, mango tango rolls were loose. I got my son the fish and chips plate from the kids menu and my poor son couldn't eat the fish cause it was so burnt and skinny and the waiter still decided to bring it the food knowing how bad it looked. I've gone to the indio location and i have never had a problem like this. Worst dinner ever i don't think I will ever come back to this location.

Looks nice but thats it. Didnt get half of our order, waitress never came back after delivering only a partial order. Food was just ok. Had to get our own chop sticks and napkins from an empty table near by. Would not recommend and will never come back.

It’s with sadness that I write this review about Dragon Sushi. I have beenbeen going to Dragon sushi for years. It’s one of my favorite sushi places in the desert. I have taken friends there repeatedly and my husband and I have gone there for birthdays and even supported them during the Covid pandemic.This happened on February 9th during lunch. Dragon sushi advertised a lunch deal (see photo below) which said “All rolls : buy 1 get 50 percent off the second roll” on the booth table. We asked the waitress about this deal and she confirmed that this applied to All rolls. My friend and I used this to buy more than our usual number of sushi rolls. When we got the bill, the restaurant did not honor the deal and proceeded to tell me that the deal only applied to Cut rolls and not hand rolls. I told the manager that the sign said all rolls. He then told me I was the only one in a month who didn’t understand that all rolls don’t include hand rolls. I asked him to change the sign to say “cut rolls only “ for future customers and he said he will not because everyone knows that all rolls mean only cut rolls.The manager only changed the bill after calling him out on it and having a long discussion in which I was insulted and told I was the only one who didn’t understand. This is no way to talk to someone who has been a loyal customer for years. This discussion brought attention to other customers to look at their own bills and find that they had been wrongfully overcharged , and didn’t understand the lunch deal either.

Had takeout dangerous girl roll, spicy tuna roll and eel nigiri. Eel overcooked and dried out. The two rolls were mostly rice with a tiny bit of sushi. Very disappointing and will never go
