Went to Dukes few days ago for a sandwich.used to go there when it was Jensen's.Only had a egg salad on rye.Outrageous $11.00 for egg salad!Never ever will go back !

Dukes has changed management and is now called Mr. B's Subs. The menu has changed but the inside is still the same. The new menu has lots to offer. You will like it.

I wish I could give this place a good review. We've tried it 3 times and every time we regretted it. I wished I'd spent my money elsewhere after each bite and I only ate half of the sandwich the first time, maybe 3 bites of the wet burrito on our second visit, and 2 bites of the last and final sandwich I will ever order here again. Their menu mimics that of Jensens amazing deli menu but that's about all it resembles. There's also a strange flavor in their meat that makes it hard to swallow. Very sad. I don't see this business lasting very long. They also close down at random times that don't reflect their store hours and they leave no notice as to their reasons why. This happened twice before I ever tried their food and it should have been a clue as to how their food would be. Save your money and go get a decent sandwich anywhere else.

I bought one of the $10 for $25 value coupon during Covid and they would not honor it. They were willing to give me $10 of credit. They think that I spent $25 for $10 of value. What would of been the purpose of buying it? Omg. Try somewhere else more honorable.
Was disappointed with our visit today. My family loves a good sandwich and was excited to try out a new place. The Palm Desert Dukes Deli was disappointing. First was the price of a 6 inch at $11.99! 6 inch! 12 inch is $17.99. I get inflation and all, but that's too much! I got the Dinah Shore and had bacon added. My son got a BLT. This is where it becomes fun. The sandwich comes with 2 pieces of bacon. I added 4 more at $1.00 each piece. He wanted American cheese. Well, the Kraft American cheese slices ended up on my sandwich, both were made on Home Style Wheat bread that I can get at the grocery store. He asked for his to be warm and it was not. My parents got a grinder and we're not happy with it. They shared and said the meat was bland. For our sides we each had macaroni salad because they were out of potato salad. Fine. When we got our sandwiches, all the bacon on mine was on one side, the Mac salad was odd tasting and they had run out forks and served the salad with a plastic KNIFE! The one gal employee was apologetic about the knife and lack of supplies. I don't blame her. However, Albertsons is right out the door that I'm sure has plastic items. For 3 sandwiches that included the salad and chips, 4 drinks totaling almost $60, I feel that this is not a great way to get business. Normally, I visit places twice for a variety of reasons, however, we will not be visiting Dukes again. We shop local, go to independent restaurants and I would love to see Dukes succeed.

I love this place, i went sunday the 16, i order a Michael and a Sinatra they were so good and not to talk about the stuff they were so helpful and so nice i will defently come back to dukes deli, really good place and the stuff great

Well this used to be Jensen'sMini Mart. Now it is Dukes, it seems that the quality isn't there. I think they're using a cheaper mayonnaise cheaper beef other product is just cheaper because the flavor is not there even the hot sauce for the burritos is not as spicy as it used to be turn it back into Jensen's Minit Mart I like that place much better

They have 2 different sandwiches made with ham. One is supposed to have Black Forest Ham and the other is supposed to have Honey Ham. I was told they don’t have either, just regular ham.I ordered the Haystack, the one which advertises BF Ham. I got 1 piece of regular ham, 1 piece of Swiss cheese (it wasn’t Swiss), and it was on what was supposed to be Sour Dough bread. The only thing sour about the bread was my disposition after biting into it. NOT sour dough!!The Diet Coke was ok.We were looking into a new place for lunch. The search continues. This place is TERRIBLE!!!Being there today was like being there two times… The first and the last!!!Do not waste a Penney going to Dukes. It’s the worst!!! Not even worth 1 star!!!
