The street view of Grill-A-Burger is reasonable. The ambiance when you step into the restaurant is positive in the theming they employ but the tables and chairs are just adequate.The service is helpful, likable and very attentive.The menu has a wide range of burger options and a few non-burger options. They have a large variety of French fry options.We chose the featured Tuscany Burger and sides of onion rings and sweet potato fries. All is well cooked, well plated and delivered quickly.Sadly, the overall flavor of this burger is a miss, which is a disappointment for a featured burger. Their rings and fries were solid hits. I would rate this place higher if I liked my burger more.

The deluxe mini cheeseburger was very good and of a good size and the blue cheese fries were amazing. Only problem is the service. They appear to get very busy and the hostess looks exhausted and that you're the last person she wants to see when you walk in the door. We were able to get a table without waiting fortunately but then nobody came to take our order for at least twenty minutes. So, the food is very good, but the service experience makes me hesitant to go back.

My wife and I both got burgers and they were juicy and delicious. We shared the Parmesan fries (1-2 portion was plenty big for us both and I can put the fries down normally) and I liked them more than her. She thought they needed more flavor and salt. We both really liked the chocolate milkshake that came with a refill tin. The service was just ok but our food was high quality.

Today 3-22-24 at 7pm the unexpected happened. I was put on a waiting list by an elderly lady whom I later found out was the manager. She told me the wait was approximately 20-30 minutes, after 40 minutes and no update I walked around the corner to the grocery store with my wife and 2 children to buy milk . 10 minutes later I returned walked in to the restaurant for an update and the manager said that it was almost time to close and that she went outside looking for me(which I highly doubt). I told her where my family and I went and she replied "well you should have left one of your children" outside waiting. I was speechless. As she walked away One of the waiters then approached me and said he can seat us but we would have to hurry. Ha! I just told this man thanks but no thanks and walked out the restaurant with no intentions of coming back. I will say that just the day before I picked up some food from this very restaurant and the food and service were great (Maybe because I was in uniform) which is why I decided to take my family. Anyway, just thought I would share this experience. I hope the owner somehow reads this review and considers managerial change.
I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1 because the price of the food was very fair. But everything else was garbage. Bacon on my burger was barely cooked. Burger was past well done, and I asked for medium. My burger came with an egg that was cooked completely. No yolk. Horribly over cooked. Fries, we're disgusting. SO MUCH grease it piled up an inch in the bottom of the holder and started dripping through the holder onto the table. And they taste like crap. No salt. And literally taste like the oil in the fryer hasn't been changed in a while. What a letdown. The table next to us said " we are ready to order" and the waiter responded with "do you see me working? I'll get to you as soon as I can".....I mean, I can handle some smart ass talk IF YOUR FOOD backs it up. But talking shit and peddling shit is a hard pass for us. Won't be going back ever.

It's what a burger should be! Juicy, cheese, lettuce, tomato, bbq sauce, crispy onion ring and bacon to boot. It was adequately devoured and worth the calories. I skipped on the fries, cuz if I'm going to eat that whole burger, I have to cut something out!
