Totally recomend. The best of the Mexican restaurants, especcially in seafood in the Valley.

Classic margaritas, periquitos, carne asada, Carnitas Michoacanas, verde sauce for chips. All top notch and not dried out. Best Mexican dinner ever. While others have fallen off post-Covid, this place continues as the best, service was great. Ambiance always nice.

5 Stars! Service is impeccable! My daughter dropped her fork and a new clean one arrived by the staff in about 3 seconds. The Margheritas are delicious! Their house chips and salsa was great. The salsa was warm and I've never had warm salsa but I liked it. I ordered the vegetarian fajitas they were very yummy. Everyone was satisfied with their meal. The service was on top of everything. Honestly, it was an amazing night out with family and we had a wonderful time!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian fajitas with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, zucchiniKid-friendliness: Very attentive to kids needs

Went with friends who go every visit to Palm Springs-so my first time and wow - disappointed! We were sitting on the patio which a wonderful location - but the service was lacking. The wait staff seemed so distracted and I truly felt we were a bother. The waitress asked for our drink order and we asked for a drink menu-she stood over us - so no time to review it- ok go with the Guillermo Margarita- could not be more disappointed- truly tasteless. Ordered guacamole -fresh and delicious but no fresh chips - again the lack of attention was so disappointing. The food was good and recommend the carnitas-very tasty. When going out for dinner I look forward to fun and relaxing- this was not that.

Went for lunch for The first time. We loved the chips with warm salsa. Fresh guacamole was delicious. I had the chili rellenos, carnita plate and side of taquitos. The flavors were delicious. The only thing I would suggest is adding more seasoning to rice; tasted like plane white rice. The service was excellent; bright colors setting; we sat indoors but they offer outdoor sitting as well. I enjoyed the music they had playing on the surround system. Some "Mana" always right on! We will most definitely be returning; perhaps for dinner next time. If you havent been; I highly recommend it.

My father and I wanted to try some of the best-rated Restaurants in Palm Desert. We were extremely disappointed with the customer service and the food at Gueillermo's. There are several doors in the front of the restaurant with no clear directions of where to enter which made the initial visit very confusing. Everyone going in had the same experience. When we arrived inside the hostesses said that they saw our reservation yet did not show a booth had been requested. They wanted to seat us in this dark part of the restaurant and we said we would rather wait for another booth to become available. Very challenging. They finally sat us in a booth yet very begrudgingly. It was a very sad experience for us. The rice and the vegetables were delicious yet our main courses were not any thing to write home about.

The wait staff seemed very scattered. Multiple servers asked us the same questions over and over. They were not communicating very well. Granted it was a busy Saturday night, but it felt extremely disorganized and inefficient. We ordered 2 starters and after asking repeatedly, one finally came, but the other one never saw the light of day. The food we did get was very good, but unfortunately the service made the experience a bit distracting.

… Please know our experience was at 11:40 in the morning… No massive lunch Crowd was presentOrdered the beef salad and it arrived with chickenThe green lip muscles were in edible absolutely disgusting return them to the kitchen immediatelyThat's enough for now… Disappointment disappointment the reviews were not as promising as we hoped and the menu read very well that was enticing… But the menu did not walk the way it talkedThe waitress was the only one that made everything kind of palatable

I would call the noise level "LOUD", not energetic. The table next to us had three women that were trying to outdo each other with loud laughter. While annoying, it didn't adversely impact pour food or service. Which, as usual, were excellent. And the prices are reasonable.

We used to love coming here for big family dinners. The food this time was good, but not as good as I remember. For the price, I will likely look elsewhere next time. The service, atmosphere and margaritas were all great which might still bring me back.

Often eat here and never disappoints. No exception last night. Great guacamole and salsa to start. Fish was grilled, plain and very fresh and healthy. The Chili verde is always a favourite and is excellent.

By far, one of SoCal's best gourmet Mexican restaurants! Family owned, fresh ingredients, prepared in the “family tradition”! Meli is a wonderful server, and terrific bartender as well! The drink mixes are outstanding and no sugared down. If you have not been to Guillermo's, you are missing out on a fantastic experience!!
