First time experience was awesome looked just liked the image of the window today I brought more people to try it for the first time when ordered told gentlemen one flavor all sugar cone I’m not sure were the confuse was that they put two ice creams in one recorrected order with a little attitude from the team I ignored it and I brushed it off paid and still tipped them regardless of the attitude but what got to me was when the ice cream came out the portion they gave me was ridiculous size of a golf ball ? even the children questioned why their ice cream looked smaller I’ve managed different restaurants and the customer service today was not it put this gentleman in the back scooping ice cream away from the customers or retrained staff to avoid uncomfortable experience honestly disappointed

Well, this ice-cream shop is close to the best, such us Baskin-Robbins.So if you are an ice cream lover and there's no Baskin-Robbins nearby, then you must come here. They have a variety of flavors. My favorites are strawberry cheesecake and pistachio ice-cream.Other yogurt places, for instance, Swirlyz, are sucks!I'm glad that this shop is in Palm Desert. They have a nice patio to enjoy your delicious desert.

We enjoyed the ice cream here. It was fresh and tasted homemade. We got the cherry magnolia, the Oreo hurricane, banana split hurricane and snickers hurricane. All were very good and we will be back.

Great service and Ice Cream. Large portions but the only issue we had was it was a cold night when we wanted ice cream and they have no inside seating. No fault of theirs, just not what we were expecting. If we are ever down that way in nicer weather, we would definitely stop by again.
The girls closing took us two minutes before closing! Thank you girls and we're all smiles no attitudes helping us with a (4) different orders. Thanks Marissa =)

The line standing outside the window was a great indication that we headed to the right spot for ice cream dessert. The line went fairly fast so don't be deterred. There were so many options from simple cones and cups to shakes and malts. I did my usual small cup but it was still huge. I chose the coffee chocolate chip and it was excellent. So creamy. Lots of flavor and tons of chips. I debated about saving half for the next day but once I started, I couldn't stop. I didn't see any inside eating options (we got ours to go) but they did have some picnic tables you could hang out on. Great stop.
