My favorite place to get coffee when I come to town! Their coffees are always delicious and their salmon cream cheese is amazing!

We were staying at a hotel resort nearby that had mediocre coffee and we usually like to venture out and hit up local coffee shops because coffee just taste better than at a hotel. This shop has a nice location that faces San Jacinto mountains where you can set your gaze from their outside patio seating. The staff is friendly and nice. Avocado Toast was plentiful and it seemed like a whole avocado was used. What more can you ask for to start your day in the Palm Desert?

Delicious drinks and most importantly, baked goods! The baker at this place deserves an award... their lemon poppy seed cake, coffee cake, and muffins are outstanding. If you go early enough in the morning, they serve the baked items slightly warmed. Also tried the avocado toast. Everything I tried was 5 stars. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I’ve come a handful of times. I think they significantly over charge. None of the chai choices are actually spicy. Most of the time the drink just ends up tasting like expensive milk. I don’t want to pay $10 for an iced milk. I think you can purchase better chai at a store or order online. It’s just not worth it. If it was less expensive, I could tolerate it a little more. But they really just are not good enough overall. It’s really unacceptable. Chai is not a difficult drink and the quality ingredients are not scarce to obtain. Go to any Indian restaurant and they’ll give you a cup of the best spiciest chai that you are looking for , for free! Go anywhere ethnic and you’ll find that chai that you are seeking out with all that flavor and depth. It’s cheap to free at any Indian restaurant. If I’m ordering a chai at this place, without making it dirty, I shouldn’t be paying anymore than 4 to maybe 5 bucks at the very most for the large. And if I do add shots no more than 6-7 bucks for the large.Quality is completely down the toilet.

First time trying IW, and I would admit I was a bit skeptical at first trying the supposed "best chai" my friends ever had, so I had to go and try it for myself. To my surprise, this was actually the absolute best chai I've ever had. There's a plethora of chai tea options but I went with the most popular, according to the cashier, called Tiger Spice. Highly recommend to chai lovers and their bagels here were amazing as well. Shout out to the owner who was very accommodating and hospitable. Check this place out!

Hands down the best coffee in greater Palm Springs Area! It should not be confused with the IW on 111 and cook. They are different owners. Everyone from the owners to the staff members are super personable. I just moved closer to El Paseo and am hoping they open one closer to me. No other coffee around compares!

Great coffee, staff, and owner! I live in Indian Wells but will drive across town to Palm Desert to patronize this coffeehouse. Special thanks to the owner --who honors all IW Coffee gift cards.

Latte was great, breakfast bagel was delicious. Came back the next day for a Vanilla Latte and was also happy with it! The staff was very friendly and the place was really clean. Quick service was a plus. Overall, I enjoyed it. I hope to see them grow!

Best coffee in the valley, along with an absolutely delightful and professional staff. And the baked goods are out of this world! Having moved from the Bay Area several ago, we are so grateful to have found IW.

Friendly and helpful staff! Delicious tea! Avocado toast was also very tasty! Small, but cute place!

I've never been to a Chai bar before, so I had to stop by... especially since it was only five minutes away from where we were staying! The poster listing all the Chai options is very informative. In addition to descriptions of each drink, it also displays where each one falls on the Sweet vs. Spicy scale (many of them reside more on the sweeter side). With only a couple decaf options, I got a hot DECAF TIGER SPICE ($5.75 for medium). This one is shown as being about 60% sweet and 40% spicy, described as a creamy mixture of black tea with special spices. Their traditional Tiger Spice is apparently award-winning, so I was happy to see its decaf counterpart. The Chai was sweeter than I'd like, but I could taste subtle notes of spice and it was a somewhat creamy drink, so it was a nice way to start the morning. We also got a few baked goods to take back for breakfast since the pastry case stated they are "Fresh Daily". My ZUCCHINI MUFFIN ($5.25) was moist, soft and still warm. It had raisins and nuts, making it substantial and filling. I took one bite of the GF BLUEBERRY MUFFIN ($5.25) and couldn't even tell it was gluten-free! It was delicious. The croissants ($5.95 each) were not bad, but we hoped they would have contained more filling. The chocolate inside at least tasted somewhat rich, but there wasn't much of it inside the pastry. I'd consider pricing to be on the steeper end, but it's probably comparable with other cafes in the area. A small hot Chai starts at $5.00. Iced Chais start at $6.25 for a medium. Even the price of coffee was higher than expected; one person in my group ordered just a medium Americano which was $5.45. For the novelty, I would recommend stopping here at least once if you're a fan of Chai. There is something to fit everyone's tastes. They do offer a rewards program, but given that we're not locals, we unfortunately weren't able to visit enough times to benefit from it.

Fast paced and lively. Very friendly service. I love the zucchini muffin and I ordered a Matcha which I found too sweet. I’m sure they make delicious coffee though. Everyone was ordering it.

The food is fantastic. The coffee is extremely weak. I ordered a triple shot and still barely tasted coffee. We were just visiting so I'm not sure if this was regular staff, or new, but they seemed confused and overwhelmed. The chai they serve is David Rio which I like, but I can buy that at my local grocery store, I don't need to pay chai bar prices for the same powdered chai I have at home. I would go back for the food but get your beverages elsewhere.
