we go to this place almost every other day basis for the kids. The lady behind the counter after "receiving tip electronically" had the worst customer service. Requested sample of left over shake that she was about to throw away (to try something different for kids), she made a very unwelcoming/pissed off face.

I think I would've given a better review if the service was faster. There was a single lady working as cashier and making the drinks. I waited 20+ mins for two small smoothies of the same kind.. I was patient because I understood she must've been under a lot of stress having to make the pickup order items as well. But when I finally got my smoothie it was half melted since it was left in the container until she finished preparing the other orders. I could see it was like basically a juice. And there were 5 other people waiting to be served/attended I felt bad for her but I feel there should be more staff involved.
