This place on Dinah Shore. Why? They never get a group order correct. You are charged for things you don't get, like a whole sandwich, and then you get grief when you call and ask for a refund! So many issues......how does this place stay in business. Forget it!

We just walked out and will never walk back into this location. I used to work for Jersey Mikes years ago and have since always gone back to different locations because I love their sandwiches. I am a VIP member and needless to say, I know how the sandwiches are to look. However, we were in this area and went to this location. The girl in the front tried to give me a mini sized sandwich when I ordered a regular. I told her that is not the correct size and she proceeded to argue with me about till I just canceled that sandwich. However, my wife and son both ordered giants. Then she went to make their sandwiches and hardly put any roast beef on one of the sandwiches. My wife said something and the lady proceeded to argue again with my wife on the amount of meat. My wife then just canceled that sandwich. She didn't apologize or say anything. Just said "ok". Then every time my son asked for something on his sandwich she replied "anything else?" Making him feel like he inconvenienced her by being there. Also, the sprinkle station was so gross. There was veggies mixed and looked like it had not been wiped all day. Needless to say, I'll take my business to other locations in the future. Please train your employees better.

This jersey mikes had fantastic service and served up great sandwiches. I came during the lunch rush and placed a large order. They handled it so well much better than other locations that I've visited. Great job!

Food was good and people were nice but all the tables were dirty and garbage can was overflowing.. They were not busy at the time we were here.. Kind of unappetizing..

At least the quality of food from location to location is the same and is good. The service at this location is terrible. Would not order through the online systems, either app or website as they will likely not get your order correct. They used to be responsive on their website when it came to any quality issues or other issues but it's been over a week and I have not heard from anyone. I guess they're another place that is getting too big too fast and it's a shame the service isn't very good at this location.

Great sandwiches! Made quickly and efficiently. They make it your way. I go here often for takeout. I love all of their hot and cold subs. Prices are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed at this lovely shop. They stack your subs really high; absolutely marvelous. Everything is super fresh and tasty. I think this is the finest shop around. You will not be disappointed here.
There are better options for the price. This place is dirty and SLOW! The employees are too busy socializing among each other to help customers or quickly make anything.

Not bad.. but the guy needs to tone down a little bit, I have no problem what the lgbtq company but there's someone working there and he was just a little bit too much. I don't know how to explain it but I was way too uncomfortable telling me I look like a specific actor and he was just way too much around me.... and I go to a lot of restaurants and places like that so I'm not too picky but yeah
