Had my birthday dinner here today and it was perfect. Margaritas are huge and delicious. Had the chile relleno combo with beans and rice, it was amazing. Friends and family joined me and we had such a blast. Marleen and Sergio were great. I’ll definitely be back.

Outstanding place for Mexican food. Always seem full duing Winter Spring and Fall. In the Summer all of the old people go back to where they came from and the valley becomes a more pleasant place to work and play.

I don't understand why this restaurant doesn't have better reviews. The food here is DELICIOUS!!!! With a capital "D". This place fell off my radar from a few years back and I don't know why. I remember how good the salsa was from 7 years ago ! AND.. their prices are AMAZING Incorporating this restaurant into my weekly rotation of Mexican places. Done.

We have been looking four our new "go-to" Mexican Restaurant in the desert. We have tried several restaurants in the area. By far the best is La Casita in Palm Desert. The food quality is excellent, good service from our server Maricella, and fun atmosphere. We love the Japapeno Margarita! We have dined on the Sampler plate, Enchiladas Verdes, and the Meat Burritos. The guacamole is delicious. The booths are comfortable and private for conversation. We will continue to frequent this restaurant. Sorry only took a couple of photos.

We had a delicious lunch and great atmosphere, however, our server was either very busy or just not on top of things today. We never had our water refilled, we asked for more chips three times and never did receive any chips. We had no napkins or silverware until we asked for it.

I've been there three times (2 indoor/1 takeout). Food is just okay. Be aware that they do charge you for the small chip basket on the table (if you ask for a refill).
Wife had the Taco Salad, I had the chili Verde burrito, service was fast and food was fresh, The Salsa was very Mild, the pork in my burrito was slightly dry and there was no heat in the green sauce, Wife's taco salad had only a small portion of meat and was mostly lettuce, the food was OK but nothing special and with the lack of spice in any of the salsa or Verde sauce makes the food fairly bland. Price was about $40 with tax and tip. Probably would pick another resturant next time we are in an area.

DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We went to have dinner my friend and I, we haven't seen each other in awhile. We ordered and ate and then chatted for a bit. We asked for salsa before we got our food, had to ask a couple times but eventually got it but barely any. They never refilled our waters. We asked for 2 boxes but just got 1. But then we chatted for a little. Watching to make sure there were tables for people and not staying long. Towards when we were getting ready to leave on our own, but also having a conversation 3 different servers came up and aggressively asked if we wanted anything more. One of them hastily reaching over us to grab our knives off the table smiling like someone trying to hide their hatred or something. This was so rude that a table across from us said "time to leave. Take the hint." So neededless to say, if you want am environment where you can eat and chat this place is not for you. If you want your servers to actually be friendly, this place is not for you. It's one thing to politely ask someone if they are done but it's another thing to be so rude that other customers then decide its OK to ridicule and be rude to you because the server was. So if you want to eat around people who are actually decent humans, this place is not for you.

I will not be returning to this restaurant. The only good thing here was the person I had dinner with. Service was awful. Food was whatever. We asked for more chips and salsa and didn't receive them. Had to ask multiple times and even then just got a small dish of salsa. They never came by to check on us. Wouldn't even refill our waters.With all that aside, the staff was extremely rude.Spend your money somewhere else. Even Del Taco is better than this place.
