This establishment is horrible anatural disaster to make matters worst the manger juan/ won was smoking outside the Establishment When I asked him to wash his hands he became rude and belligerent he said I'm not going to wash my hands every 5 mins I took pictures to show corporate he burnt all 5 of my pizzas and it was our family's pizza nite I will never attend this location ever nothing but health codes Violated......Taking money smoking and makeing pizza all in 1 ?

Pizza is always wrong. Got delivered the wrong order entirely, which I did not accept and gave back to the driver. Cancelled my order. Been almost 20 days still no refund. Absolute trash. Had to file a dispute on my card.

most of the time I do order on line for pick up in pizza portal (so as not to deal with staff)lately they have NOT been using Pizza Portal and stacking pizzas in back(getting cold)so you have to wait in line,to ask for ur pick up. ,1person up front and 4 in back not helping ...All the while 10 customers waiting in

Never walk in here. I’ve waited 30 minutes or more minimum each time afraid they no longer are “ hot n ready” . Always place order online first and wait for an email it’s ready other wise your estimated 4:15-4:30 pm pick up time turns into a 5:15pm pick up. The slowest food turn around time I’ve ever, pizza is fine, time too receive pizza not so fine :)

Samantha the GM was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. We don't receive customer service like this these days. Desiree the crew member was awesome. I have been to this establishment before, but have never received the service that i did this day. Thank you both, and to the rest of your team.

Ridiculously slow, and almost no customer service except for the older lady up front, literally saw only 1 out of the like 5 guys actually working, took over an hour to get our order, crazy, usually this place is on top of it, loud music in the back and on phones a lot. Oh well. Edit: I want to write another review, after eating the succulent pie, it was absolutely amazing. Cooked just how big ol Papa D likes it, cannot believe the sauce that entered my mouth with thise sticks of breads, juiced and caboosed. Pizza Pizza. 5 stars.

I live 45 min away from town. As a favor I asked a relative to pick up an order for me on their way here. I ordered 4 pizzas 1 of which was stuffed crust pretzel pizza. That pizza was not made and when I called to let them know they forgot an order they told me I could not be reimbursed for my forgotten order but my only option was to drive 45 min to pick up a pizza... not only was I upset that they forgot the best pizza but they also kept my money

We are done ordering from this place. Go to Whole Foods... they have the best pizza in the fresh sandwiches area. For a large pizza at 10.99 it's amazing!!!

Its 3:09 now and 5 minutes ago I walked in for a hot and ready and they gave me a hard 3 hour old pizza I expect better from them
